Very clean and updated rooms. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew were specially great. Very helpful and worked diligently to keep everything clean and stocked. The guava juice was my favorite. Hot tub was a little small but it was nice and hot. See you next year!!!

Hotel is updated and rooms are decent. However, the parking is a huge issue. There is not enough parking per the capacity of the hotel. When I arrived, around 10:00 pm, the lot was full of large work vehicles. I eventually found a spot and I had to shoehorn my vehicle in place. The hotel sits directly behind a gas station. It was unclear which spaces belonged to the hotel and which belonged to the gas station (and thus could be ticketed or towed or burglarized.) Regardless, even all of those spaces were full.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She made it easy to book our rooms under IHG guidelines! She recommended a fabulous restaurant that was nearby “Okatees”. It was great food drinks and desserts! She made sure the hotel met all our needs. The complementary breakfast was well provided and plentiful. Overall, I was extremely satisfied!!!

We enjoyed the stay in Hardeeville! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The free breakfast was very good- and included Gluten free bagels and muffins! As a person with Celiac disease- allergic to gluten- I totally appreciated that! THANK YOU!!

I stayed at this location twice over the last 30 days and overall it was a pleasant experience with a few minor areas for improvement.

Pros: per friendly, plenty of space to walk my dogs, breakfast is awesome, beds are comfortable.

Cons: walls, at least on the first floor ars fairly thin. I could hear my neighbor's loud television for hours. The website is unclear if the pet fee is $35 per pet or per stay. I have two dogs and when I stayed there in December, I was charged $35. I was then charged $70 when I stayed there in January. The representative the second time said it was per pet and was unwilling to accommodate.

The website says "We love pets! We have a beautiful area behind our hotel to walk your pet! 2 pets maximum per stay and affordable pet fee $35 per stay, not per night!"

I suggest stating it's $35 per pet if that's truly the case.

After traveling 10 hours, my husband and I were warmly welcomed into this Holiday Inn. The desk employee was able to give me perfect directions to the Savannah Pizza Company for our dinner. Our dog, Lily, was a welcomed guest for a reasonable $40 feet. This fee was lower than most other hotels. Breakfast items were warm and plentiful. Delicious hot coffee was served, as well.

This was a horrible experience. Two dirty socks were at the foot of my bed from the previous guest. The sheets felt dirty. Couldn't sleep all night because of it. Tried to get another room, but the hotel was booked. Checked out after one night. Will never stay here again and recommend the same for anyone else. Deserve a full refund.

The clerk who checked us in was very pleasant. The clerk that I went to see about an hour after we checked in was rather rude and uncaring when I went to voice my concern that there was a dog that had been barking for the last half hour. I was told that dogs bark and babies cry. We cannot do anything about that.

Maybe the hotel could post a sign stating that they are pet-friendly. The bathroom floor had not been mopped properly under the vanity. The walls are paper thin and we could hear conversations going on in the room next door. We had to turn on the room fan all night to drown out the noise. Water damage stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom.
