Our rooms smelled awful almost like nasty wet dog and hadn't been cleaned. The toilet also rocked which means it wasn't properly attached to the floor or broken. To top everything off. The pool was not heated as they said it was and my kids about froze to death because of the temperature. The front desk assured that the heater was working, but with the temperatures it was there is no way. The whole purpose of our stay was for my kids to swim and they did for maybe 5 minutes before they were shivering because they were so cold. My family and I were very disappointed in this stay and will not be back. It's unfortunate because we frequent IHG properties often but will not be back to this one.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. I stayed here for 3 weeks and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Close to local shopping and restaurants as well. The breakfast provided a nice variety of options and the service was excellent and courteous staff. I would come back if in this area!

I had rented a room for some family members that were in from out of town. The owner was very rude with me that I wasn't actually staying in the room. When I came in to visit family and hung out in the lobby briefly, the owner was very short with us and kept staring. I had asked for a late check out and as a Diamond Member, I asked for the allowed 2 pm check out, and she would only let us stay until 12 pm. When it was time to check out, the owner called the room 4 different times including 2 hours before the 12 pm deadline, demanding my guests to leave and asking for their personal information. Overall the hotel was in nice condition, but the staff were very rude and I will debate putting my out of town guests in that specific hotel again.

The beds in this room were absolutely horrible. They were Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. Two twins in the room. Both my wife and I slept horrible. This was a first experience like this for is at a Holiday Inn Express. I am handicapped and I could not move for three days. NEVER AGAIN!

From the reservation phone call to our checkout, our experience was top notch! Very clean lobby, dining, room, and bathroom. Halls were well lit. Rooms and bathrooms appear to be almost new. Very well kept!

Rooms are nice, but they don't make up beds during your stay. Sheets come off and subsequent nights are cold. Wish they made beds each day. Saving money since covid times I guess. Also, the night desk won't respond to room issues and asked you to call back and talk to the morning staff.

The hotel was very clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast preparer was efficient and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. We will stay there again!

I would recommend Holiday Inn Express located in Greenville, Ohio. From the time I entered the building there was a friendly face to help me register and take care of me. I always felt safe going in and out of the building from my car. The lighting around the hotel was great. Thank you for a great experience.
