Our stay was in February 2025. We booked this hotel as it was the newest we could find in the area but being built in 2014, it was surely beginning to show it's age. The hotel manager was very good, polite and sweet and remembered my call to give us a room on the back side to avoid the ambient noise from the highway out front. Room was clean except the layer of dust on the taller clothing hanger cabinet. At six feet my eyes can see it well, guess house keeping staff can't. "Outta sight, outta mind" ugghhhh. Breakfast area was good/typical, staff was friendly for the most part. Lot's of "junk" food but that's how it is these days. Window A.C./heater made intermittent excessive noise as well as the compressor on the refrigerator, rather a bummer for sleeping. T.V. had this weird volume anomaly often going up and down, drove us nuts. Wifi was good. Didn't care for the over sized bed "body" pillows but the mattress was said to be newer and it was fine. (glad we brought some pillows) Anyway, property landscape weeds were getting out of control, electric car chargers were out of order, only ice machine that worked was on the third floor. I think corporate needs to step it up overall and take some profits to make repairs. Would we stay here again? If we ever were back, likely, as we can only imagine the condition of other hotels/motels (all older) in a small town like this.

This was easy to book using the app. Upon arrival, we were provided a room card and being tired went directly to the assigned room. Upon entry, we could smell cigarette smoke and I thought I had accidentally booked a smoking room. I called the front desk and the lady there was extremely apologetic and swift in getting us another room. The second room was great, no issues. The next morning as we were eating breakfast, we had coffee grounds in the hot water. We dumped them out into the juice dispenser tray and were told by the lady running the breakfast area that there is no drain attached. When we told her about the coffee grounds, she immediately apologized and told others to correct the issue so it would not happen again.

I really liked the way the staff member handled my concern in relation to the noise in the room next door. I called to inform her of the situation and she promptly moved me a room that was more quite and comfortable without delay.

When checking in, the person was not friendly or welcoming. Our room was nice clean, but when I made a reservation, I asked for king size but ended up with 2 queen size beds. When asked, the lady was rude, and then we decided to stay a second night she told us we got our discount. In fact, we did not. You could not swim in the pool because there were rocks and bottle tops in the pool, and the hot tub was not available. The tables were so dirty. There was a place to smoke outside, but an employee was smoking close to the front door, talking away to a friend. The breakfast looked to be warm because of how they had it set up, but it was cold.
They did give us clean towels but never remade our bed. For our second night. Billing is questionable. I was charged twice and called to ask about it, and the person on the phone had no clue. Said I needed to talk to the manager who was only available during a certain time. Then I got charged for some membership I never agreed to. I would be very careful using your card here. I don't
think I would stay here again. Management needs to look at how they treat customers.

This hotel was exceedingly disappointing. While the location is handy, the rest of it was very very subpar - other than the breakfast area which was spotless. We had two rooms - one had a dirty washroom include hair and a scummy soap tray, the other reeked of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. We witnessed four different very loud altercations between staff including the front desk person yelling over the phone at another staff person making it very uncomfortable - and that was not the only uncomfortable time. While the breakfast area was well appointed and spotless, there were not enough chairs for the people eating. While eating breakfast, we heard loud videos being played in the lobby - and it turned out it was the front desk person sitting in the lobby listening to their cell phone on full blast. The hotel did not feel safe, clean or welcoming - other than the breakfast area. We will not be booking here again.

The front desk staff was accommodating. The front entry was a bit weird in layout. A lot of potential, but not properly furnished/a lot of wasted open space. Not well lit either, and a huge space for eating, but hardly any tables/places to sit when they serve a hot breakfast.

The bathroom in the room was definitely outdated and small. The best thing about the room was the comfy beds, but the pillows weren’t great. The room also had little furniture and felt small. Definitely in need of upgrade. The floors were dirty, seemed that way throughout the hotel.

For looking new on the outside, it was a big let down on the inside.

Stayed here recently for business. The hotel had availability during a holiday weekend. This was not our first choice. We were staying at a close by hotel that was much better but do to no avail rooms on holiday we chose this because of location. Stayed for two nights. From the outside the hotel seems ok. Entering the lobby I was overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. The front service staff was not at the counter came from the rear area and I could now understand where the smell was coming from. We had four rooms in total. Hallways smelled like people permanently live there. Rooms had smells recent visitors. Room furniture was scratched and not functional. Carpets were dirty, one tv did not work, food left in fridge from previous visitors, unkept premises. Overall, had to stay here due to circumstances, could not relax after working, will not consider this property in the future.

We have stayed in this hotel before. Because of the cost & taxes, this hotel is overpriced in my opinion, for what you get. The furniture in the room is showing its wear; there's worn spot or hole in the bathtub. Because of my wife's meds, we need access to ice when we travel. There was none to be had in this hotel. The only working ice machine was on the 1st floor, and it was empty; no machine on the 2nd floor; the machine on the third floor was not functioning. ("Sorry about that", from the manager), Too bad, I guess. For the premium price we paid (we were traveling mid-week) everything should be functional and in top order. The lady administering the morning breakfast was the only bright spot in the stay. When we come through this area again, this hotel will not be my first choice.
