We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who was very helpful in starting our stay. We arrived to a clean room, but the temperature was 60 degrees and it took all night to warm up. We had to put on sweats to sleep so our quality wasn't excellent the first night. However, the staff was friendly, the room was clean (other than food that had been left in the refrigerator by a previous guest). We will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near the airport. A modern room with all the amenities. The entire facility is extremely clean with all the conveniences we could ask for while away from home. The staff is very helpful and genuinely friendly and the price was very competitive. One of the most pleasant hotel stays we’ve experienced. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here as we were picking up friends the next day at the airport. We requested a late checkout, and it was no problem. Room was great, very clean and orderly, very nice. Breakfast was welcomed and very good, everything hot and fresh. Location to Mesa Gateway Airport is 5 minutes away. All in all, very nice stay and would come here again.

Chose this hotel for early morning flight out of Mesa Gateway airport and because of IHG loyalty program. Drive to airport was about 15 minutes. Although I didn't make any wrong turns, the signage for the airport was poor. GPS guidance came in handy. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are modern, clean with no obvious signs of wear or neglect. Only one desk clerk was on duty and he was courteous and competent. Elevator and keyless entry worked as expected. Hallways looked fresh with no signs of neglect. Parking is convenient and well lit. Fast food style restaurants are within walking distance. Higher level sit-down restaurants need to be driven to. Gas station across the street. Room/bed comfort are very good. No unusual odor. Bed linens were very good, towels were adequate but not of remarkable quality. Bathroom fixtures were all in good working order. Electrical outlets and UBC connections functional and conveniently located. Table lamp had confusing on/off function, otherwise all lighting worked. Temperature control was responsive with minimal noise. Did not use TV, phone, coffee maker or iron. Very good room/bathroom cleanliness. Checkout smooth with no waiting.

This has been one of the best random hotel booking ever. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were good. The Christmas decorations were pretty nice and creative.
Has meeting rooms, office space, fitness center too, which I think are mostly available.
There are many shopping and food options near by as well.

My first time here and I was very pleased. From my 1st call to reserve a room to the curtious check in staff, then my clean beautiful room was just a pleasant surprise. So Greatful to find a place close to my family that have relocated to AZ, where I can visit them and still have a space of my own.

This is our second stay at this Holiday Inn Express Hotel. It is close to places we visit in Arizona. Relatives are nearby. This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Biscuits and gravy is a wonderful treat.

Quick stay for a dance competition in Gilbert. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and simple with multiple options from veggie egg white omelet to pancakes or oatmeal. Great way to start the day.
