Very convenient hotel close to freeway. Free full breakfast in morning with ready-make pancakes. Coffee and tea available 24/7.
Exercise room is a treadmill and elliptical - no weights.

Had to wait to check in as the front desk person was “away”. Staff was friendly. Hotel is tired but being renovated. Room was average size. Bed was firm and comfortable with a selection of pillows. Toilet seemed to leak as there was always a small puddle of water on the floor. Also noise level was higher than I would have expected.

It’s 11:00pm, and I’m lying awake with a splitting headache from the terrible stench of our room. When we got off the elevator on our floor, I noticed the hallway smelled bad. Couldn’t put my finger on what exactly the smell was though. When we got to our room, and opened the door the smell that blasted us in the face was like nothing I’d ever experienced. All of us agreed we couldn’t sleep here. I wish I could describe the smell, but it’s indescribable really. Almost like cigarette smoke (non smoking room), mixed with cleaning chemicals, topped with a layer of water damage and mold. Before I even set down my bag, I went downstairs to try to switch room. No luck. He did offer to cancel my reservation, but then what would we have done So back to the room o went where I was once again assaulted by the smell, and my heads been pounding since. There seems to be areas of water damage in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder and doorknob to bathroom are barely hanging on. On the plus side, the beds seem clean and are comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Beds very comfy pillows are also good. Room and bathroom very clean. Water pressure is amazing. Breakfast usual holiday inn Breakfast it was filling. Breakfast area is being remodeled so the eating area is super small. But it was adequate. Front desk gentleman was very friendly. Would stay here again.

They are undergoing renovations and the “new” rooms are really nice. All of the rooms are CLEAN. Front desk staff are super nice and always willing to help out. We stay here a good bit due to work but we highly recommend this place.

Positive: Service was excellent! Our room was roomy, clean and comfortable. As a paraplegic, I was able to get in the bednot possible at most hotels. Negative: It would be nice for the sink to be a bit lower. It was usable, but pretty difficult to wash my face and brush my teeth. Lowering the mirror and moving the soap dispenser to a more reachable place would be good too. Was difficult to put on my make up. Negative: ""

The room was clean but outdated and definitely needs some maintenance/updates in the bathroom. The staff was nice and accommodating. The WiFi was awful.

Very nice, this seems to be one of the older HIE, lobby seemed a little lacking, etc.., and I was surprised there was no garbage can outside or in the lobby. I had never experienced that before, when traveling we usually have a coffee cup or coke bottle we want to get rid of. So points off. However, the staff were all very nice, it was clean, breakfast good. First impression, we won’t be here again, after staying, yes, we will stay here anytime we are traveling and want a short drive home the next day. Staff made the difference.
