Got in quite early at the hotel after a 5 hr trip from home. A gentleman assisted us. He was very nice and accommodating, and got us a room right away. I appreciated the gesture very much! It was great to stretch and relax. I believe that that the hotel GM at the desk. Hats off to you sir for attending to us and manning the desk. I appreciate the upgrade as well! Stayed for another night. Amazing stay! BF was good and place was clean!

Jessica in the front desk was friendly and helpful. The place looks great and clean.
The staff at the breakfast room was out always cleaning and restocking which was great especially when we came in late. They have a coffee machine that grinds fresh coffee on the spot.
Their rooms are clean and roomy especially with two kids.

Wasn't expecting this lobby - and loved it! This place is so much bigger inside than it looks from outside. My check-in clerk was welcoming and helpful. Our room is fabulous - clean, updated, roomy. Shout out to the housekeeping staff for keeping everything looking so nice. I appreciated the laundry facilities and pool - both are clean and nice. Just remember to bring $ 3 in quarters for a wash or dry. Come visit just to check out the fabulous lobby!

Well positioned hotel on Broadway. despite the highway traffic, my room was well insulated. The individual temp control was easy to use and quiet. The bed was great and I had very good nights.
Breakfast is complete and with reasonable variety; quality is good. There is a small gym, but it was enough for me
The staff was uniformly nice and helpful.

I have always preferred to stay at Holiday Inn Express in multiple locations I find their hotels to be quite comfortable clean and providing great services. This was no exception I would definitely stay there again. I would probably choose to stay on an upper level as you could hear children running quite a lot on the first floor but overall it was a great experience again

Stayed here when on a trip to visit the Redwood national parks. Hotel was nice with adequate facilities. Breakfast is good with options. I ended up having cereals as there are no vegetarian options. The water sliding aesthetic in the lobby is good. we liked the stay overall.
