Right off highway, easy access to whatever you need.
Clean room and the bed was so, so comfortable, I slept fantastic.
A storm came through overnight and I heard nothing.
Decent fitness room and the pool was clean too.
Thank you so much! - to them for being so good, so friendly.
I'm not a breakfast guy but many of my friends said it was very good.
Hope to be back many times.

I have been using this hotel for the past five years either for business or leisure. It has went through an upgrade and the employees still kept it in excellent working condition. They have always had great service and the rooms have been in good condition. Please keep up the good work. I will be using this hotel again.

Overall, I had a nice stay. The only issue I had was guest services at check in. I booked a room for two nights, I gave the front desk clerk, Eunice, my name and she gave me the key cards to my room on the second floor. As I was completing the check in paperwork, she said I have the room for one night. I told her that I booked the room for two nights. She looked up my name again and verified the stay was for two nights. She handed me another set of key cards on the third floor. I told her that she already gave me key cards for the second floor, she looked confused and took back the first set of key cards. Had I kept the key cards, I would have had access to someone elses room. For me, that is a huge security risk. I understand employees might be new and in training, if this was the case, someone should have been with her training her. Other than that, my stay was great.

Great room with very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and nice closet space. There was a nice little refrigerator with freezer. We were in a handicap room which was very easy to maneuver around in. Nice large shower with handicap bars and seat.

We rented a suite. There were 3 of us. We could have used extra towels but 3 towels worked ok. It was hard to watch the TV from the couch because it would not swing around enough. It hit the wall. One heater blew cold air but we turned it off and the other heater heated the room enough to keep us warm. The bed was very tall but once we got up in it, it was very comfortable and went right to sleep

Quick overnight trip we were greeted on the phone by Venessa who kind and very accommodating. Although we checked in early staff quickly made adjustments and ready to our room and let us check in the room is clean and comfortable. We appreciated the exercise room and the pool. Very nice breakfast buffet with the family enjoyed. Plenty of parking and had a nice stay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for a two-night work trip, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated, and it shows! Everything felt fresh and modern, making the environment both comfortable and inviting.

The in-room TV offerings were fantastic, providing plenty of options to unwind after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for keeping up with work. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job—my room was spotless throughout my stay.

Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be back.

I'm not sure what's going on but this is the fifth Holiday inn Express in a row that the ice machines don't work. Also, whenever a request for room location, it seems they never pay any attention of that and that's been happening this year versus previous years that they always accommodated your request. Overall, I think Holiday inn has really let some things slip. Upon check-in the lady told us we were next to the elevator. We ended up being two doors down from the end a long way from the elevator. Many items on the breakfast we're sitting way too long, dried out and just not a Holiday inn. Good hot breakfast . No real creamer such as half and half just fake cheep creamer.I've always liked Holiday inn, but I'm really questioning whether to switch to Hampton.
