The staff that checked us in was very friendly. However when we went upstairs over half the room doors were open including one of our 2 rooms. The room was clean but the pillows didn’t have pillow cases which we received from the front desk. She tried moving us to another room but that room was open as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre. The sausage was cool and the eggs were still frozen in the middle. The orange juice was warm. When we got back to our room the second night, housekeeping had come and they took a towel off the counter that I had my shower stuff sitting on so my stuff was just sitting on the counter. There was no need to take the towel. The staff member the next morning was kind of rude to people and there was no juice at all and no coffee. This was at 7:10 am so not even close to the end of breakfast. There were no eggs or biscuits available either. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed and. We chose this hotel because breakfast is normally really good so it was very disappointing.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast. The only issue was quite a bit of hair in the tub as in the cleaner did not even wipe it. The front desk staff did assure me that the issue will be addressed, so I will give them a try again.

I am a diamond elite member through IHG and this is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Horrible water pressure and barely got warm enough to take a shower. When I go down to get breakfast there is nothing left except biscuits, no eggs or sausage, and instead of making more eggs and sausage they were making more biscuits for some reason. I was told it was going to be 20 minutes on any new eggs or sausage so I was unable to eat breakfast. There's was also no coffee and didn't seem like they were interested in making more. As a diamond elite member with IHG I will choose to stay at the Hampton Inn in El Dorado instead.

Every IHG hotel has their own benefits. But the Holiday Inn Express stands out as my favorite by far! Free breakfast. Great staff.

My first out of town work stay. Donn went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Ms Brandy was very knowledgeable about dining and entertainment.

I would not suggest going there. First the elevator was broke. Second the workers are very lazy and hang around outside or in the laundry room talking. Third they said the inside pool was too closed and that ruined are whole day. Fourth the printer in the lobby was broke. Fifth they do not have smart tv s and have very old school tv. Sixth there paying machine at the front when you try to buy stuff does not work. Seventh there whole hot water system does not work. Eighth there gym is very small. Nine There upstairs ice machine did not work. Ten the sink in are room barely drained. Eleven they do not anwser the phone when you call and they are never at the front.

The worker at the check-in desk was nice and helpful. The girl doing the breakfast kept the food going through out breakfast hours and was very nice.

I reserved a multiple bed room suite. There was no linen on the sofa bed had to go and request that. Other travelers with me said the breakfast was good. A basic room to relax. Other than that quiet and safe.
