I was really impressed with the level of service provided by the hotel staff. They were always smiling and eager to assist with any requests. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and they even helped me arrange transportation. Their positive attitude and professionalism made a big difference in my overall experience.

However, the condition of the bathroom was a letdown. It was clear that some maintenance was needed. About two feet around the shower the tile was very very loose, felt like I had been drinking while getting in and out of the shower. I would be concerned that this was a safety hazard. The toilet ran 24/7 and I turned off the water supply while not in use. There was this very dingy looking bathmat that perhaps was used to try to distract from the bathroom tile? It looked like it had been used heavily, and did not inspire confidence.

While it wasn't a deal-breaker, it did detract from the overall comfort of my stay.

Holiday inn of Duncan had a recent remodel from my previous stay. The room was comfortable and warm feeling. The bed is very comfortable slept well. The bathroom was very clean. Function very well. The breakfast/dinning area is clean. Breakfast food is not under /over cooked. Not soggy from sitting long. But fresh and delicious. Drink were available. I’ve opt out from drinks. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. The night attendant was able to inform me of a local restaurant hours of business and recommendations.

Over all I would recommend this place to stay. And I would stay again.

All the staff were so friendly. The entire place was spotless! The beds slept great! Will always compare every hotel to this one for now on and will always plan our trips to include staying with this chain of hotels.

great room, clean and very accessible. the front desk lady was so helpful. the entire facility was just beautiful and it was so nice having snacks and fruit available all the time, what a special touch. it makes a traveler feel loved.

Great breakfast. Awesome staff. Clean rooms . Hot tub and sauna. It was an over all great stay. Everyone there was kind and attentive. The food was well prepared and the rooms are very clean. I slept well. 10 out of 10 for sure

This site had a recent remodel and look very well. Lobby and front desk very clean and lit up. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even looked up a local restaurant hours of operation.

Bed room was clean. Remodel as well. New bed. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in forever. Bathroom is remodeled as well and very clean. Room overall was great

Breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. No soggy food or brunt. Over all for breakfast is great. Coffee and other drinks were available but I opt out for drinks. Checking out was an ease. Staff greeted with farewell greetings. Staff over all is great. I do recommend this place to anyone.

The receptionist was very kind and getting a room went smoothly. They had a good selection for breakfast. The room was very clean and elevators worked great.
