The hotel is very good, clean and in a good location. When I checked in, the staff was very friendly and respectful. During the day, the staff that cleans the rooms is very friendly. But I have to say that the staff in the morning and at night are not at all friendly. They don't even say hello. You smile and they leave you with a smile on your face. They should train the staff to be a little more friendly. That's the only reason I give it four stars.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were perfect squishy, and the room was CLEAN. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but what little interaction we had, was very nice. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Loved the Christmas decorations!!! :)+63

I had called the front desk to ask for a first floor room to cut down on my steps in consideration of my heart condition. I was told a “note would be placed on my reservation for a first floor room”. I arrived at 6:30 PM to find out I was put into 307. I asked why they did not hold a first floor room for me and was told there was no “note placed on my reservation” at all. This according to the front desk personnel. Was not a good start to my stay. My request is usually honored in the many IHG hotels I have stayed in over the past two years. Disappointing to be sure.

Advertised- indoor pool, however it was very dirty and cold not heated, minimal pool towels, indoor pool area dirty and smelt moldy/musky.

The breakfast area was not maintained and cleaned, juice machine empty and not operating. Items were not filled such as fresh fruit and yogurt.

Television was down and not in working order several nights due to the provider having technical errors.

The water coming out of the shower smelt like sewer.

Black mold in the shower/tub in the caulking.

Exposed wires/plumbing and missing sheet rock at the mini fridge.

Condiments not restocked for in room coffee station.

Water spots on ceiling and room smelt like mold/dirty feet.

The room next to me the ceiling fell in on the the first floor, I was room 105, this was room 107 or 103, very noisy, they had maintenance working on it in the evening- very loud and unable to relax.

Housekeeping in the hallway running a carpet shampooer before 7 am in front of rooms/doors, unable to relax.

Maintenance items- ladder left out in the hall at the water fountain outside of my room my whole stay.

Front desk staff often not at the front desk and unavailable.

Transients/homeless, wondering the parking lot-into the lobby and roaming around looking for food items.

the hotel was having some renovation in progress and conctruction materal was in the hallways. they ran out of breakfast items befor 8 am. the room overall was clean and the bed was comfortable the room could have used a comfortable chair.

I had to stay here for work. The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Dee at breakfast was awesome. She had everything out in a timely manner and bacon was cooked just right!

We were in the area for a soccer game. I was too tired to drive the couple hours home so we decided to stay overnight. I was able to book a room from my phone, arrived 5 minutes later and was greeted by a friendly front desk agent. Parking lot was a little small, but we found a spot no problem. Restaurants and super markets were nearby which was very convenient. Room was clean, and had a mini fridge and microwave. We were able to go for a night swim. Indoor pool was clean and towels available. Breakfast was included and had options to choose from, nothing fancy but greatly appreciated to start the day.

Sound proof floors. We didn’t get any sleep all weekend because the floors were not sound proof and the people above us were so loud and making so much noise all night long. Our kids were also woken up multiple times throughout each night.
