Positive: Hotel employee was very memorable and impressionable. She worked the second shifts of my stays . She was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible. A very sweet and respectful person. Negative: Yes, upon arrival my room wasn?t really cleaned, the breakfast was very poor, the food wasn?t fresh at all through my whole trip, the pool area was freezing cold .

This hotel room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. That being said, there are some staffing issues that need to be addressed. First of all, I asked for a 6 am wake up call about 8:30 pm and never received one. I luckily received a phone call from a friend at 7am which woke me up. Otherwise, I never would have made my appointment. With the missed call, I had to rush to be on time. If I had missed my appointment, there would have been a real issue, as I traveled 250 miles to get here. The desk clerk blamed "the 2nd shift". Secondly, one staff member thought it proper to park her personal vehicle (small white car) over the only smooth path from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. We either had to walk around the median or drag our bags over the rocks in the median. Lastly, the morning clerk had her 3-year-old son "Cash" with her at the desk. He was very busy pushing buttons, playing with the hotel laptop, and asking her questions while we were trying to check out and inquire about my missed wake up call. It was tiring for all of us. I love children (am an elementary teacher) - but this is too confining a space for a toddler.

As we headed south we were very pleased with this hotel. Very clean updated rooms, good beds, clean lobby for breakfast, and at an exit with a lot of restaurants. It was surprisingly updated. Very quiet fan/heat blower which isn’t always the case. Highly recommend.

This Hotel is built in a quiet, remote area just off Miller Lane where it is normally very busy but it sits maybe a quarter mile off the Miller Lane and easy to get to. You have many different restaurants just blocks away. the service was amazing, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The pool and workout room is amazing as well. I will stay there every time I am in the area!

The last 6 months I have spent over 10 nights at this hotel. Every time I check in I look forward to seeing Pat, she makes this my home away from home when I am in Dayton. Always very accommodating and willing to help. Overall I have been happy with my stays. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and did not have hot water on one of my visits.

This his hotel is exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and modern decor. I particularly loved the convenient location, close to all the major attractions, but breakfast is not good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dayton.

I had nothing but issues from the property. First was the breaker constantly clipping in my room. Then the hot water heater went out so I was given the option to change properties or be accommodated for the situation. Little did I know the property would render one day for a whole week without hot water. After bringing a billing issue to the Managers attention I had to reach out to the VP of operations who advised me that for my last week stay it would be a total of $693 would pay me current until my check out on Saturday morning. Well shortly after that the night shift processed an additional payment of $718 which I'm having to dispute with my bank. My taxes were never refunded due to the VP advising me I owed for an additional week. This was not the only time this happened in my 3 mths stay at this property there were 3 other times where the night auditor processed nightly charge after I had paid for the week which had to be refunded. The manager is standoffish and definitely one of the worse displays of customer service I've ever seen. I do not recommend anyone stay at this property.

Our stay was wonderful, starting from our check in through our stay. Our room was clean, shower was great. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints. Jess ( I hope that was her name) is an asset to the company
