I recently had a two night stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and there were so many options. I hate the pancake station wasn't working though. The only real complaint I have is the elevators are so dang slow and I would have loved to been able to watch Netflix, paramount, or Disney+ but was unable to because the room we were in did not have a smart tv. There was no physical copy of a guide in the room and every time we clicked "guide" on the tv just to channel surf, the remote would just flash yellow... Overall, it was a great stay for a great value & we would definitely stay again.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and and recognized as an IHG Rewards Member. The lobby and eating area were spotless, as if the hotel was newly opened. I had one of the best night's sleep in weeks since the bed was so comfortable. The next morning my wife and I went for breakfast and were greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman who was working in the breakfast area. We had a great conversation with him and would continue that experience later in the day and the next day with all of the staff. I've stayed at a good amount of hotels and I have to say that this was by far the best experience I have had. It was clean (a big deal for my wife!) and it felt like we were with family. A BIG shout out to all of the staff and the management that hired them. Great job!!

Th Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Hotel is centrally located to shopping. The room was big, with tons of sitting room , but above all it was immaculate. I mean it was so clean you could smell the clean. There was no hesitation of touching things in the room or sitting my suitcase on the stand. The bathroom was huge and the shower area was so clean. I challenge anyone to find dirt anywhere. The room has a refrigerator as well as a microwave oven all the amenities of home. Large size TV remote in plastic. The hotel was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in . I have travelled to more than 30 countries and this hotel stands out for me. For the first time my OCD was able to take a vacation. I plan on coming back in the future kudos to housekeeping staff.

Kim at the front desk was phenomenal both in person and via phone. I called about 40 minutes before our check in time and she was more than happy to look and see if there was an early check in available and I lucked up and my room was ready. (Please remember an early check in are not guaranteed and only given when rooms are available.) When I arrived at the location she was very friendly and welcoming from the time I walked in the door.

I also have to mention the amazing breakfast area staff Bennie and Shanauia! They both greeted me as I walked in and asked if they could help me in any way. After I helped fix my daughter’s plate and came back for my plate Mr. Bennie made sure I knew they served pancakes just in case my daughter didn’t see. He also made sure I knew where the butter was if I needed more for her grits. Oh and I can’t forget to tell you the food was very delicious!

On to the rooms, our very clean and comfortable! The room was well maintained without any cosmetic damage.

I have been to several Holiday Inn Hotels and Holiday Inn Express & Suites up and down the East Coast and as far west as Mississippi and this location raised the bar high above the rest!

This location is remarkable. We had two rooms and couldn’t be more satisfied. Kim was phenomenal and the happiest person we met on our trip. Bennie was great at taking care of all seven of us at breakfast. It was such a great stay!

I would highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Parking was convenient, check-in was a breeze & the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good & we appreciated the 24 hour coffee and ice water. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help and answer questions about the local activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay our next time in the area.

Hotel is in a great location and is convenient for visiting Covington.
Room was in excellent condition and in general the hotel was very clean.
Breakfast had a good selection and was hot. Staff were constantly available to refresh the food.
Didn't use the pool but looked like it would be good for warmer weather.

My stay at this hotel was Phenomenal! My family and I was in town to lay my departed Mother to rest. Ms. Kim, front desk clerk was very nice and compassionate to me!

Making sure all of my needs were met.

Ms. Kim is a rare jewel and was very helpful my entire stay! I felt safe and taken care of by her.

Holiday Inn should be honored to have Ms. Kim on their team! Breakfast was great!

Maids were great also!

Whenever I am in Georgia this will be my home away from home!
