We stayed here on our way home. It was easy on and off the highway. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. The atmosphere walking in was pleasant and calm. Check in was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for the night. Bathroom was clean and we had enough towels for our stay. The pillows were great and the bed comfortable. We had a good breakfast with the best bacon I have ever had on the road. Check out was easy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We arrived on Friday evening. The young lady at the front desk was checking us in. She asked if I was aware that I had booked a handicap room. I told her no, but if that was all that was available, then I would take it. She told me when I book on an external site, I get what I get. I reiterated that I had booked in the IHG app. She argued with me and told me I did not, that she sees where I booked elsewhere. She was very persistent and adamant that I had booked somewhere other than the app. Finally, she realized she had already checked my name in and switched over to another name and that was in fact, NOT my booking. Very unprofessional.

The 2nd complaint: our room was extremely humid! The sheets felt damp. The room air was damp. I knocked the AC down to hopefully relieve some of the humidity. Nope, it didn’t work. Miserable!

The 3rd complaint: in the room above us on our 2nd night, it sounded like a herd of cattle running around ALL. NIGHT. LONG. (I’m pretty certain it was the group of high schoolers who were there, as I knew they were staying on the 4th floor.)

The 4th and final complaint: After checking out of the hotel, my daughter (who slept in her own bed) and I noticed that she had small, red bites all over her - face, legs, arms, feet, everywhere. These bites were not on her when we arrived and worsened through our stay.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast- cinnamon rolls in particular.

We have never had these issues with IHG hotels. (IHG is our favorite.) I think this one location is singled out. (Or I hope, anyway.) My last review of IHG was amazing- probably the best I’ve ever given. This was, by far, the worst experience we’ve ever had in hotel stays. Very saddened by this location!

The room was very clean, bed comfortable and no noise on the floor. Very peaceful. Staff very polite and professional. Location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. If ever in area again definitely will stay again.

Positive: The room was big and super clean and smelled really good! Loved the balcony and The hot breakfast is one of the best in town, tasty and so many options as well as plenty of food for everyone. Thank you kitchen and housekeeping staff!!! Negative: The front desk staff.I was standing there 5mins befire saying helllo..then she finally came up to the desk gave me a really dirty look and was very rude checking me interrupting me.and had 3 men behind the counter in normal cloths being loud and obnoxious

This hotel is a great choice. It’s clean, conveniently located and has great amenities. The staff is also very friendly. Courtney at the front desk helped me on both my recent stays and she was kind and helpful on both occasions. The breakfast area was clean and had lots of great options.

We enjoyed a few nights with the kids. This hotel is in a good location close to coffee, shopping and necessities. We played pickleball at a local park and found some good restaurants in the area. The breakfast was great, and staff didn't rush to close things down on my lazy kiddos. The pool is not heated, but there is a hot tub, and we visited several times.

The hotel was just okay. The rooms are a little dated with molding coming off at places and the silconing in the bathroom could have been better. Overall, it did what i expected. The room was quiet and clean.

I travel to Conway often for business and have stayed at many hotels in the area. Recently, your facility has gone downhill trying to save a penny Overall, you have a decent place. When I stay at a property, there’s a few things I require.

I require a clean room, a decent shower, I require a nice bed for a good nights sleep and I require toilet paper that is better than the stuff they supply in a typical outhouse! Even motel six and super eight have better quality toilet paper. It’s just mind blowing that you’re willing to cut cost on a small, but important item. It would cost so little to make the experience so much more pleasant. That one small thing made me change my mind and decide I will not stay there again. One to two dollars? Really!

Why don’t you try raising your price one or two dollars and put something in there that’s acceptable.
