Can't recommend this location enough; the beds felt comfortable and CLEAN, the room smelled fresh, the shower and toilet areas were spotless, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We got the 2 Double Bedroom and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Check-in and check-out were made easy by a very polite concierge (sadly cannot remember their name), and breakfast was just what we needed to get our day started and back on the road. 10/10, would stay here again without a doubt

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Grove City and was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was. The rooms were clean. The place was updated. The pool looked great. I didn’t go in. I’m not much of a sore, but it looked nice, and the continental breakfast was top-notch. I love those pancake machines. How much do they cost? I wanna get one. Overall great experience and want to reiterate that the staff was so kind and helpful and that’s really in short supply these days so I wanna give them their flowers.

I had such a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Grove City! The service was impeccable—every staff member I encountered was helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and my room was pristine, with a plush, comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax. The little details really made a difference: great-smelling toiletries, fluffy towels, and a rain shower that was so refreshing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions, and I loved the convenience of free parking. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Not the typical HI Express quality I expected. Our room was clean but they were doing renovations in the hotel and clearly forgot some of the basics like a door hook, extra security lock, towel bar. Hallway was quite dirty even in the midst of construction. Breakfast was meh. They didn’t have cinnamon rolls! Like why not?!? That’s one of the signature items for Holiday Inn Express. The pool had a bunch of tiles missing. Just not the quality we were used to. Managers didn’t seem to care about this.

This was our second stay in the past year at the Holiday Inn Express Grove City & we’ll definitely be back!! Love everything about our stays here! The location is perfect ( right next to a White Castle - big treat to those that don’t live close to one!), great restaurants & better shopping nearby. But the best part is Tara at the Front Desk! Such an asset to the hotel! She is super helpful, kind and friendly- something missing at a lot of establishments these days!! Can’t wait till our next girls weekend visit to Grove City. Great job everyone!!

We can’t say enough great things about the Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Grove City! From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and professional. Our rooms were spotless—one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and we slept so well. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. We also appreciated the little touches—free coffee, high-end toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. This is now our go-to place whenever we are playing gigs in Columbus!

Beautiful hotel. Close to many amenities.

Rachel, the manager on duty, was very accomodating.

When she found out we were in Columbus to

take the state boards for barbers, she said their hotel offered an additional discount. She did not have to do that, as we had no idea. The rest of the staff was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable.

This hotel was amazing, clean, quiet and enjoyable. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we were busy the whole time but it looked nice as well! The only downside was our bathroom door didn’t close, but I didn’t tell the employees until we checked out. Hopefully it was looked at. (:
