My sister and I checked in at 1:30 a.m. after a long hard day of driving. Miss Jacki at the front desk is one of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. I had THE best nights sleep!! The mattress and pillows are awesome!!-I even called back to get the brand name!! Breakfast was really good too. I would highly recommend this hotel. I've seen the bad reviews and didn't encounter any of that. I will look for Holiday Inn Express from now on in my travels. Thank you from this weary traveler!!

We have stayed here twice. Super friendly staff, the rooms are clean, it's super close to the base and just about everything you need. They were extremely helpful during the hurricane, giving us a ton of very reasonable options if it all went south. Breakfast has a ton of options.Highly highly recommend

IF YOU ARE VISITING FT MOORE, GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!! My son is training with the US ARMY at Ft Moore. We've stayed here multiple times. I've even stayed here by myself. I ONLY say that because the Army has told family members that parts of Columbus are high crime. I feel very safe at this hotel!!! The staff is always so nice!!! The Manager is attentive and wants to ensure her guests are well taken care of. They have a great full breakfast in the morning. And every evening, they have the BEST COOKIES EVER!!!! ?

I’d say the stay was very pleasant but waking up around 5-5:30 getting ready and walking outside to start the trucks swapping good mornings to the young woman changing out the garbage. I walk back up but I left my key card. I speak to an older woman through the intercom I explained, told her what name the two rooms was under and what rooms yet what I told her didn’t match. Maybe bad intercom or with her age, bad hearing so I apologized. I told her it’s fine I’d wait till my three coworkers come outside but like me they left their key card. Everything explained again. I get fed up and wave to my other coworker who is waiting at the dinning area to eat breakfast, we are let in and that woman proceeded to lie about the whole situation. So if people are going to be treated like this then I won’t be back!

NOT A SAFE LOCATION!!!!!!!*

I was hoping for a nice hotel stay, however this is not the case. I arrived last night 7-5-24 and parked up front right beneath 2 security cameras. I woke my family after a nice sleep and checked out and saw that not only my car but several (more than 4 cars) had been broken into, judging by the pools of shattered window glass in the parking lot. The police had left a note with a claim on my windshield. I asked for the manager and was told that the manager was somewhere else on the property. I was told there is no manager on scene and won't be until around 3pm. It's almost as if this is an everyday occurrence here at this property. It is a shame I cannot upload the photos to this post. Way to go Holiday Inn Express. You just lost a loyal IHG member since 2009. I cannot fathom that the overnight staff couldn't hear the glass being broken into or car alarms going off. Or the fact that I was not notified and had to walk right out the door to see that my car had been broken into.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I booked a night here. Not even a week prior multiple guests experienced the same events that unfolded last night. To start, the hallway on the 4th floor reeked of Curry and was muggy feeling. We over looked the smell hoping to get used to it but that should have been the first warning sign of an interesting stay. As we wound down for the night we hoped in bed and the sheets felt crusty on my feet. I was too tired to really care as I dosed off to the smell of curry and crusty sheets I felt a sense of peace for the first time in my busy day. I was suddenly woken by the sound of children yelling in Hindi and playing only what I could assume was temple run down the hallways at 2am. For the rest of the night I couldnt sleep and decided to checkout early and finish my sleep in the quietness of my car. After checking out I walked to my car and to my surprise there were multiple gashes in the paint and the frame of my door looked as if it had been crowbarred. The management refused to refund me and were extremely unsympathetic to my situation.

While the room was larger and comfortable, typical IHG hotel characteristics and amenities, this post is for breastfeeding mothers traveling without baby. Pumping and storing/transporting breastmilk is a BIG mental load and logistical challenge for me, so as a nursing mother traveling without the baby, this room was great!! Lots of counter space and good lighting in the bathroom. Quiet room with black-out shades. And Mini-fridge had separate freezer compartment that easily froze milk bags, and refrigerator part was large enough for all the other things. Would highly recommend for traveling BF mothers or someone who needs these features at their lodgings!

The room was perfect. We love the room darkening shade built into the window track.|Quality lighting in the room with night light in bathroom. There was plenty of space/storage so the room didn't feel cramped. There was a safe in the closet if needed. One of the things we noticed was that the entry door to the room fit tightly with no gaps with a door sweep which allowed the door to stay open while bringing in luggage.||Extremely friendly staff with fresh cookies at the front desk.||Breakfast was standard but we always love the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls!||Ice and vending machines on our floor were in an enclosed room by the elevator which is a great idea.||It was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.
