Decided to take the kids on a spur of the moment trip to Cincinnati and had a very good time! We went to the holiday Inn where the kids were able to swim indoors and they absolutely loved that! I loved The toiletries provided in the bathroom! Excellent quality! The next day we visited the Cincinnati zoo before heading back home! My only regret is that it wasn’t later in the season so that we could see more of the botanical gardens blooming! Overall, a great experience and will definitely go back!

This was my first day at the Holiday inn suites/express. I was very impressed. I was able to get my military discount for a extended stay. I was there on a family emergency and was treated very kindly and generously by the staff. I was surprised at the breakfast that was offered. The food was always good and fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future when visiting family.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We especially enjoyed the pool, the nice bathroom, and the breakfast. There was some noise from a passing train early in the morning that was a bit bothersome, but overall we would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Stayed one night for an college football game with my son. Staff went above and beyond to get us checked in early due to our event time change. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are roomy with bright lights. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods. Would defiantly stay there again. Highly recommend

Only fault is the road getting up to the lot is very broken from local construction. Also a very steep hill if you have a lower car, something to be aware of if you take the side lot. Clean rooms and very friendly staff and can’t beat the price for what it is

If having a clean comfortable stay is what you want this hotel delivers. Everything is clean and the staff will work to make sure you have what you need. The kids loved the pool and it was warm enough that when I was done swimming I stayed warm while they had more fun. The breakfast was fine and they kept things stocked.

I already wrote my responses above but the hotel is under renovation which was not super bothersome to me with the exception that the choices of the hot food for breakfast were slim. The hotel was comfortable. The staff was nice.

Abdullah was amazing! The rest of the staff was awesome! My only real complaint was the fire alarm that woke me on Wednesday night and then went off all throughout the night on Thursday. I was exhausted trying to drive home on Friday. I really feel I should be given a refund and a apology for the inappropriate fire alarm use. It caused me to not only lose sleep but it caused my PTSD to be triggered. I worried that the alarm would not be a hoax and that many people would die because they would ignore the alarm. When you cry wolf enough you can cause life altering results.
