The sheets were soft and very nice quality. The room was quiet. The lady taking care of the Breakfast area was on top of things. Food and coffee were refilled and she was very cheerful. They still have not finished the hotel remodel that has been ongoing for at least 3 years.

Newly remodeled. The room was clean and beds comfy. However the noise level here is awful!! I should have listened to the other reviews. Zero sleep. Doors slamming all hours of the night. We were on 2nd floor. People above us walking (ALL NIGHT) sounded like they were going to come through the celling. How does someone make that much noise walking? So, while it 'Looks nice" the hotel seems to be poorly built. Staff was nice, coffee and breakfast was not good.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It’s a perfect half way stop for us. We love the upgrades to the room. It’s clean and quiet. The bed is great. Love the hostess at breakfast!! Great place to stay.

The common areas at this hotel are clean but our room was not! However, the cleaning staff were so quick to jump on the issues even though they were VERY shorthanded. The floors and baseboards were disgusting. I always bring bleach wipes while traveling so I cleaned the surface areas and the floors we would be stepping on. The refrigerator made a loud ticking sound like a ticking time bomb. My husband made the comment he hoped it wouldn’t go off while we were there. The door looked like someone tried to break in and there were HUGE gaps around the door letting in way too much light. We had to use towels to block the bottom of the door. When running the bathroom sink you could smell grossness coming up out of the drain. There were two men that continually hung around the lobby and dining area. I presume they were owners. That was a little strange. Soooo many trucks all over the area. They were parking in the lot next door at Walmart overnight and during the day. You have to drive through the Walmart parking lot to get to the hotel. There was really no place to walk. Everyone was friendly enough. We will not be staying here again.

Super comfy only down fall is that it’s so unexpectedly expensive $200 for a double bed is outrageous but I had no where else to sleep so I guess I had no choice but the beds were indeed comfy! The employees were definitely super nice, night shift and morning receptionists!

The renovations of this hotel are nearly complete. It seems all that remains is the lobby area. The check in process was smooth and the front desk attendant was freindly and helpful. The room was filled with all new furniture and fixtures. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with lots of hot and cold options. I will definitely stay here again.

Every door in the building must have been preset to the SLAM mode. which started at 1:30 in the morning. They were remodeling so the hotel was filled with crates and boxes. The lobby was full of crates and boxes and crates down the hall. The check in desk was a folding table. After trying to confront the guest that was slamming the door 20 times I tried calling the front dest but got no answer.

But on a good note, the tip jar at the breakfast area was a classy touch. Come on Holiday Inn, you can do better.

Front desk young lady was super quick, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Check-in took no time at all. She let us know about breakfast times. Room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable, got a good nights sleep.
