I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Batesville, AR, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a clean and manicured landscape that creates a welcoming first impression. Inside, the hotel continues to impress with its spacious and tidy interiors, providing plenty of room to relax and navigate comfortably, even during busy check-in times.

Our room was not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. What truly stood out to me was the staff; they were beyond friendly and always ready to help with any request. Their accommodating nature made our stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Batesville for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Staff are always nice at this location and my room is always clean when I check in.
Although not much to be done to make it better, the noise level at times was louder than I prefer. I do wish construction paid mind to this as an amenity.
Room air was perfect.
Breakfast was a bit better than the usual in that there was a variety of fresh fruit.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Location makes for a very comfortable stay.. From check-in to check-out, staff were friendly and very helpful..They make you feel like a valued customer. Room and bed was very comfortable and made for a quiet restful stay. Morning breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed here while we werebaffecredbby the tornados and the staff was very friendly. Check in lady could not have been better. Rooms where clean and the beds were comfortable. Only issue is we got a room on the first floor so late at night all you heard was the floor creeping from people upstairs walking. But it wasn't too bad. Pool is nice and big and clean. Overall a great stay. Will come here again if needed.

Door handle on bathroom door was falling off (we had to repair it). When we arrived, the toilet was plugged and when we called the front desk, they brought up a plunger - we had to plunge it ourselves. When we pulled down the bedding, we were absolutely horrified at what we found - threads from clothing, hair and the most disgusting "spot" on the sheets. They had obviously not been changed after the last guests! WE had to get sheets and remake the bed. The floors were very sticky. AND, the refrigerator did not work, and I require a refrigerator to keep medication cold. This was not our first stay at this hotel, but it was definitely our last.

Read below for our only issues with the room, we could’ve certainly asked me to be moved and I have no doubt with their exceptional customer service they would have happily fulfilled that request but it was unnecessary. Holiday Inn should bring their employees from around the country to this location to train as the customer service provided here is excellent and a fantastic example of how to take care of customers. Great location and ample parking even when hailing a large trailer (when we had the trailer attached we parked down the stairs in the vacant lot). Check these guys out and definitely don’t miss the breakfast.

Positive: It's always clean, the staff is nice and breakfast is delicious. Negative: Unfortunately this time there was. .our bed creeked every time we ro rolled over and every time we got out of bed. And the commode ran intermittently the entire time we were there. We have stayed at this hotel the last three times we were in Batesville.

Great location. Had spent a weekend and it’s seems a best stay . Very clean n new hotel to spend a night . Safe n clean property. Staff service was amazing. Definitely stop by on my way back to this beautiful holiday inn express in Batesville AR.
