We arrived tired and worn out from our drive. staff were cheerful, professional, and very tolerant of 2 very tired travelers. We opened the door to the room and noticed no overwhelming fragrance as in many places we have stayed. Just a clean warm welcoming room. Oh, my gosh was the bed ever so comfortable. Enjoyed a night of restful sleep undisturbed by outside noises.

Breakfast wasn't the greatest but there was plenty if you were hungry before leaving. Checkout was easy and the morning staff were friendly and cheerful as we departed. Can't say enough about the stay but when in the area looking for a night's stay, this is the place.

This was a clean, comfortable and wonderful stay for me and my family. I have two young children, so having a hotel with a pool was key for our stopover. The pool is a good size, with a jacuzzi as well. It is a real nice hotel, in a safe area, right off the interstate. We felt comfortable with leaving our things in our car overnight. Breakfast had a ton of options, which is great for picky eaters.

We checked in on Dec 24th. It took forever to get hot water but we always ask for top floor and figured it was just taking a long time to reach us. We eventually did get hot water after letting it run. On Christmas morning I turned the water on so it had a long time to get hot in the shower. My husband said his shower was luke warm. Mine was luke warm also but wanted to get on the road

The desk lady said you should of called the desk. I tried but the desk phone was dead. But she said when the mgr got in they would adjust or come our room so I didn’t even get a bill to keep the account open.

I’ve checked every day and the total room charged went thru at the full charged today. So much for adjusting the charge.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s gone down hill since then. Really disappointed with this hotel.

Stay was restful. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Lobby was welcoming and friendly. Pool clean and refreshing. Centrally located with access to highway. Safe location, well lighted. Didn't have to walk through cigarette smoke as we have had to do at other Holiday Inn Expesses.

We have stayed at this hotel many times while traveling between Iowa and Texas. It's a fairly nice hotel, but there's always something missing, either the pool is closed or they're out of cinnamon rolls or orange juice. this time, for no explained reason, there was no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. We had a business meeting in Dallas the following morning so this is kind of a deal breaker. I doubt we will stay here ever again, although we still generally like Holiday Inn Express.

Really liked the 12:00 pm check out. The linens, towels etc, & room were very clean. The staff were nice & asked if anything needed. The guests I interacted with were enjoying their stay. Overall I’m glad I selected and enjoyed this visit.

The check in procedure was quick and easy. In general the room was nice but had a stale dirty smell. The body bath gel container in the shower was empty. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the coffee machine/pods in the room. Breakfast was good and the biscuits and gravy were exceptionally good.

Great hotel & they treat you well. Initial greeting & check-in took much longer than expected due to issue on another floor. But, was finally welcomed & treated well the entire stay. Mostly quiet. Room was clean. Water pressure was very low but doable. Will stay here again
