Stayed one night. Great location right off 95. 20 miles to Savannah. Quiet and clean. Very comfortable bed and soft sheets. Breakfast a bit better than some of the other Holiday Inns. Friendly front desk. Highly recommend.

Stayed here recently. The hotel is either new or has gone through a renovation as all the furniture fixtures decor and flooring is new and clean.

The room was nice, everything was clean, coffee and tea were provided, bed and pillows were comfortable (SO important).

Service at the front desk was a bit lacking. When we checked in, service was okay, but when we checked out the clerk at the desk made us feel like we were bothering her for being there.

We realize people have bad days, but Not a huge incentive for a repeat visit.

Alex was awesome when she checked us in late at night, but overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn wasn’t great. We originally chose this hotel because Google showed rooms for $104 a night, but when we got there, we were told it was actually $180. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep, so we paid it.

Since we didn’t get to our room until 3 AM and had to check out by 11 AM, we basically paid $180 for six hours of sleep. To top it off, the free WiFi didn’t even work. The service itself was good, and Alex was great, but the price and experience were frustrating. We won’t be staying here again—$180 for that little sleep is just ridiculous.

My wife and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express on our recent trip through Georgia. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had nice finishes and was roomy. The TV worked well and had a good selection of channels. There were two minor issues with the room. The couch in the sitting area had hair and some dirt on it. It needed to be cleaned by housekeeping. Second there was a bit of a musty smell coming from the air conditioning. It was not unbearable, but noticeable when we first came in the room. |The facility was very nice overall. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff who were in charge of the breakfast were very friendly. |We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was hot and ready! The room and the bed were extremely comfy! I would definitely recommend this place and I myself would stay in the future again! Thank you!

From the moment we checked in, we had difficulty. Before arriving we called to apply one of our Elite Night Credits. We were redirected to someone who was able to help. The young lady told us that this was a mistake and that once we got to the property that they would be able to fix this issue, and that indeed we would have no problem using one of our nights. When we arrived I explained everything we were told, and the manager as well as the employee checking us in said that we were mislead. After checking in, our room never received any cleaning or fresh towels during our stay. Also after the second day of stay, our room keys no longer worked. I feel that maybe they need a better way to stay up to date promotions and track the length of stays.

Where to start! The front desk ladies were absolutely delightful. Very friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and plenty of options. After we checked out we had an issue with our vehicle that the staff quickly jumped in to help and went above and beyond!!! These are amazing people and an amazing stay. I genuinely cannot say enough good things! Wish there were more than 5 stars I could give!

Breakfast on Sunday March 2 at 8:00AM was terrible. No eggs, no bacon, rolls were cold, trash cans were overflowing. Finally got some cold eggs and very greasy bacon.

Day 2 and 3 breakfast was much better, what I have experienced in the past while staying at Holiday Inn Express.

Bed was comfortable and room was ok.
