This hotel appears dated but is obviously well kept and clean. The Staff was very nice and accommodating. I also saw several maintenance people repairing things at various times.

We travaled with our kiddos so we stayed specifically for indoor pool and hot tub.
The pool was uncomfortably cold for the adults who attempted but all of the children had a great time. I was pleased so many families were staying due to spring break so my kids had others to play with.
The hot tub was the perfect temp & the water was not overly chlorinated tho the surfaces were discolored which was a little off putting.
The room was comfortable and spacious! We loved having a balcony, it seems like all the rooms have them
We could hear the people walking around above us but no other noises.
I would recommend having breakfast or lounging riverside. They have ample seating and the view is stunning!

This hotel was excellent - staff was great and room was great! The only drawback would be the outdoor hallways (kids were freezing going back to the room) and the one elevator for the entire property (I would use the stairs if I were on the second level)- nothing the staff could do about that though! Breakfast was excellent with so many options and a to go bag if you were in a rush . Everyone was so kind and competent here! Great pool too!

Holiday Inn express Roseburg was absolutely amazing. The service was amazing. The front desk employees went out of their way to accommodate everything needed. The rooms were so nice and clean and such a homey feeling. I wish I could just take this hotel with me everywhere I went and stay in it

I had to unexpectedly stay the night In roseburg and when I saw an IGH on google and immediately knew that’s where I was staying. My mom is an IGH reward member so I’ve stayed at the properties a couple of times now. They are always so clean and well kept! Along with friendly and helpful staff. These hotels give you a sense of luxury for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the Roseburg Oregon location and I’ve booked a stay for next week. Love IGH!

I rolled into Roseburg and checked into my hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was kind and polite. I received the key to my room and headed up to my room. The first room I was given was in rough shape. The wallpaper in all corners was peeling and looked like some water damage had occurred. There were some stains on the bedding. I was okay with all of this until I lifted the lid to the toilet and there were stains everywhere on the bottom of the toilet. After I saw that I went downstairs and let the new desk attendant of the problems in the room. She apologized and informed me that they were having problems with housekeeping and they were working on it. She sent me to a second room. It was at the farthest end of the top floor next to some construction. The room had the same wallpaper issues as the previous but the toilet was clean. I thought this would suffice. I ordered dinner in and I went to the sink to brush my teeth and to shower. One problem, there was no hot water from the sink faucet or from the shower head. I let it run for 10 minutes and I received no warm water. The other bad part was the sink was clogged. I didn’t go down and let them know. At this point I figured this was how the hotel was and I but the bullet for the evening. When I went to check out I notified the front desk person, and older lady of the problems in my room and she had nothing to say about it. The one positive from the hotel was the view of the river was nice from my room.

Our 4th floor balcony room had a great view of the river and the hotel’s river-side courtyard. Nice sized pool, well-equipped fitness center, good selection at hot breakfast. Above all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in a restaurant at breakfast, the staff were so attentive.

After a long 5+ hour drive, we arrived to learn that both the pool and hot tub were out of service. This was a big disappointment considering that is a key amenity for us when traveling with children. The hall/path to get to our room was completely outdoors, and the hotel could benefit from some updating. It is in a great location with a nice view of the river and the city. I think with a few updates and a functional pool and hot tub, this location would be really nice.

The beds are a bit too firm for us, we did stay for 2 nights. They have an amazing breakfast layout, the best we’ve seen. The staff was friendly and really professional. Unfortunately while we were there my iPhone got hacked, weird texts were being sent from my phone and to my phone, credit card accounts were applied for, glitching when trying to text or call, and my iPhone not working correctly. It did rain the whole time we were there.
