The room was clean and comfortable. The cinnamon buns were delicious and tasted homemade. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We arrived during a winter storm warning and the front desk helped us in the morning to determine if the roads were open. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

Had a good stay on our way home in Canada. Staff were friendly especially the lady in charge of the breakfast area. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Hotel close to highway so a good location. Will stay there again next time!

Had a great experience at this hotel. Clean/ comfortable room. Good breakfast. I left some important medication in the fridge and got a prompt phone call letting me know so that I could come retrieve it, thanks again for your help!!

One con- walls seem relatively thin/ had some loud neighbors for about 30-45 minutes while we were going to bed, but issue resolved itself.

I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express locations that have met my expectations, but this one seemed to have a higher level of comfort feeling to it. From check in (including an outstanding dining recommendation) to check out, all areas of the facility were clean, properly maintained and ready for my stay. I will definitely keep this location on the top of my list to stay during my travels.

Upon arrival, the front reception was not friendly. The hallway carpets were dirty, and our room was not very clean. The hotel is outdated and in need of a major overhaul. Our room did not have a hairdryer, which I needed, and when I phoned the front desk, I was told they didn’t have any extras. The complementary breakfast was good. The front desk staff upon departure was sick and should not have been at work. She said she was sick often so had to live with it. I guess it was okay to come to work and cough all over spreading germs!

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Cadie is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, she's very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are accommodated. Crystal at the front desk is super kind and very funny, also very pleasant and helpful, kept me laughing through the entire check in process. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. The lobby is very quite and cozy as well. I highly recommend this location.

Check in was not quick or easy; I was told I may not stay on a Government rate with children on the weekend. After a phone call to management I was permitted to check in. I was traveling for work and my local family was visiting me during my stay. I disclosed the children in my IHG online booking so my grandchildren could swim and visit after my work day was complete. IHG online booking could be improved to filter booking restrictions so a traveler is aware of guidelines or restrictions. Optionally, a call from management could have prevented the reception confusion and allowed a stress free check-in.
The idoor pool area is appreciated in November, however the pool area lighting could be improved in the evening; multiple lights were not operational. Seating and towels in the pool area were plentiful. The deck surface is very slippery when wet.
My first floor bedroom windows were both unlocked when I checked in.
There is mold on the shower wall. There was a used bandaid and pet kibble under the bed near the nightstand from a previous guest.
I was not permitted to use the breakfast room seating for an early evening meal, however the next day several families were using it in the late afternoon.
The breakfast selections were well stocked and the area was clean.
Food service and housekeeping staff were pleasant and kept busy with job responsibilities.
Parking is plentiful.
I was told in the future I may not stay on a Government rate with children on the weekend. My government job occasionally takes me out of town on weekends. Honestly, I would not visit again if my circumstances was for work. I have had a better experience at a neighboring hotel where my visiting family was welcome.
