Can't say enough good things! I had a wonderful experience. Clean common areas, great rooms, good breakfast and service overall! It's also in a great location. Would highly recommend! Also housekeeping literally folded my blanket neatly in a bow... how cute!!

The toilet was dirty upon arrival (hair and poop inside), the fitness center was out of sanitizing wipes, and the tv was unable to screen cast or use streaming services like it’s supposed to (only the cable function worked). The staff were exceptionally friendly though!

New property in Greensboro Ga….all new…very comfortable bed…awesome full breakfast. Hotel is close in walking distance to eateries and historic Greensboro 3 miles away. Looking forward to seeing Lake Oconee and are area again.

The place was way more expensive. Heater blower was dusty. No way of turning off the blower. Was noisy all through the night.

Breakfast was missing alot. Biscuits with No gravy!! The worst was when I heard someone enter my room when I was showering. He claimed to be a maintenance guy but then how and why would they enter a room when guest is present. They could hear me showering!! That was dump and insecure!!!!

This place is brand new, like you can still smell the fresh paint on the walls new. Sometimes that means not all amenities will be available but I was pleased to find that was not the case here. The pancake machine was down during our stay but there were plenty of other warm things to eat at breakfast. The woman that was in charge of breakfast was very attentive and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily which I didn’t think was still a thing post covid so that was nice! Thanks for a great stay

stayed for one night in october 2024. we were lucky. the hotel just opened. everything is new fresh clean. you will understand how to stay in a new hotel. the staff is friendly, they accommodated us quickly. the mattress is comfortable, the pillows were different types. the room was quiet. the highway was not heard. the breakfast is classic for this hotel chain. next to the hotel there is a good steak house restaurant. we had dinner there. i recommend.

The hotel was very clean the food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection Anna did her job and did it well the food was the best I had l give her a 10/10 couldn't ask for a better worker so nice and polite always has a smile on her face

We booked the room, received our confirmation email, but when we arrived they did not have it in their system. The manager was very unhelpful, telling us that they did not have the size room we booked and that we would have to pay for two smaller rooms. This would have doubled our price. After we let her know that this was not acceptable, since this was not our mistake, she “found” us the size room we booked. At no time did she apologize for this mistake and acted as if it was our fault. The rest of the employees were very nice and helpful during our visit. The room was clean and comfortable.
