Nice hotel. We stayed one night. The hot tub was nice. The room was clean and no issues. They have a decent gym. The north side has a nice view of some mountains.
You can hear the train every now and again but it wasn’t an issue for me.

This hotel is a great stop after a trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon. After a day outside in the winter, this hotel is always safe and warm. In 2022, we arrived as a snowstorm had very nearly closed US 180 near the ski resort, and this year we came up on a much-improved road from Sedona in the dark.

Ice is common in Flagstaff at Christmas, and this staff made sure the front and back entrances were salted and safe, and the parking lot clear of ice and snow.

We could only get a King bed instead of a 2 Queen Room we usually get this large hotel, but the stay was even better than before. For example, at breakfast, I counted 4 staffers taking care of the guests on Dec 27th. The dining area is huge, with buffet areas designed to dispense food easily for a large number of guests.

As a special request, The front desk staffer gave us a first floor room, so it was easy to use the laundry facilities on the same floor.

Also, the access road in front of the hotel is 2-Way now, so the route to the front door from the freeway exit is one-fourth the distance it used to be

The staff has quarters for the laundry machines.. We nearly always use them.

Lots of options in Flagstaff, this one is fine if you don't want to break the bank. Value is good.

We didn't use the breakfast options, so I cannot comment on that. This survey would be better served if "N/A" was an option for this question.

Parking is easy and nightly fee is very reasonable.

In room tea options were nice a good variety & several options, as well as half & half available in the room as well.

Staff were all great, friendly, and professional.

This was a great experience. The room was very clean. The whole decor was very modern and great color palates. We liked so much that we made a point to stop back in Flagstaff on our way back, so we can stay again on the same hotel.

The overall experience was great I feel like the staff was very accommodating with the one issue we had and they were very discreet and fast. The breakfast was delicious and the area was clean and well kept. I really liked that the manager came up to us during breakfast and asked us how our stay was. We felt very welcome.

Perhaps an older property but fairly new renovation. Reasonable choices of hot and cold items at breakfast. The plastic cutlery provided at breakfast was so flimsy that trying to cut peel an orange totally bent the knife while the fork got mangled trying to stab into my breakfast sandwich. Providing real or reusable plates and silverware would provide a better user experience and be easier on the environment. Similarly, please reduce single-use packaging for items like honey and jam that some properties have begun to offer in squeeze-bottle dispensers. Friendly staff. Nice big windows bringing lots of light into the room. Big bright bathroom. The extra $7 per day parking fee: I can understand it during high season, but the hotel and parking lot was mostly empty when I visited mid-week in January, Waiving the parking fee under those circumstances would be a nice touch for rewards members.

I don't stay here very often but when I come through Flagstaff, it has been a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This trip was a surprise to hear about parking charges. When I went back to the web site, it was buried in a section of "Other possible charges". I normally see that associated to pet fees.. This was new to me. It cheapens the experience. I don't know why this hotel has decided to start this practice and I see no need for it other to generate more revenue. The staff was new and couldn't say when this started.

Overall the stay was quiet and comfortable but I had to reduce my rating by 1 star because of parking charges. Also there was no recognition of my IHG status.

Friendly welcome and easy check in when using the IHG App in advance.
Clean and well maintained property outside and inside. Given a parking pass for our vehicle for safety purposes.
Rooms are clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Room amenities were very good.
Breakfast has lots of choices and plenty of room for guests to sit and enjoy. Cereal, fruit, pancakes, yogurt, breads, muffins, eggs, sausages…breakfast attendants were friendly and visible replenishing items and cleaning. Kudos to them!
