The service wasn’t bad, house keeping and maintenance are super nice, and for the most part the front desk is too, except the ones who have no idea what the hell they're doing. My check in process which should have took no more than 5-10 minutes took an hour. Then they had me switch rooms for a reason that was not true; to only have me go back and check out of the new room. The rooms are a good size, not the best. Walls and ceiling are gross in the bathroom, the toilet suck with flushing, and the floors are stained, carpet ripped a bit. The one thing that honestly pissed me off, was the amount of times I had to take a cold shower. How in the world does a hotel not have hot water. Now if it was summer time and super hot I wouldn’t be too upset but I’m waking up to 40-45 degree weather ain’t no way I wanna take a freezing shower or go to class smelling like yesterday. Overall sucky but survivable. The outside wasn’t bad either, good space. So is the study area. Food was alright. Glad it was close to where I needed to be everyday.

My family and I lived in this hotel for 4 months during my time at school at Ft. Sill. The hotel itself and its amenities are average, BUT the staff at this hotel are nothing short of the FINEST I’ve ever had. They took such great care of my family and I while we were there and I am very thankful for all of their hard work and constant kind and professional attitudes! Thank you all so much!

Rooms: not too bad, recliner was broke and the rolling chair well didn’t roll.

Service: horrible people don’t even come to the front desk. None of the washers or dryers work and the elevators keep getting stuck. Oh and the damn power keeps going out daily.

Location: if you’re working on fort sill or going to a school it’s not too bad.

Lastly: avoid if possible

Hotel staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. You can tell that they truly love their job and are there to ensure that you have a good stay. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. The rooms have a microwave and mini fridge, which are nice amenities that some hotels omit these days. The breakfast is buffet style and has a decent variety of food items and drinks.

The only issues that I had is that there is some construction going on so a lot of areas around the hotel are blocked off or closed. Overall, it was a good stay & if I ever come back to Fort Sill, I will definitely stay here.

I was supposed to stay here a few weeks ago, during lots of changes to travel policy, delayed flights, and other issues, cancelling this hotel got overlooked. Initially I called and after some miscommunications, the staff was able to successfully resolve the situation.
Thanks!

Rooms are nice and clean. The location on post is convenient. Staff is nice. And I feel safe staying here. Different continental breakfast everyday and they offer dinner on Wednesdays.

I have been enjoying my time at this location. Got here 3 days ago and everyone has been very nice and helpful. We are staying next to the building that serves free breakfast and it’s not a far walk. We stay on the first floor, and haven’t had any noise issues, or any issues with the room at all. The AC blasts cold, the shower is hot, and there are some minor imperfections like any hotel has when it comes to damages from previous residents but nothing too crazy. We have two dogs with us who are typically on edge when we stay in a hotel, but they seem to be comfortable here. The rooms seem well insulated, I do not hear any neighbors or anyone walking up and down the hall. We stay in a king sized bed with a pullout couch for my son. Two tvs in the room, one for him in the living area, one for us in the bedroom. Room service has been okay, we got new towels when they had came through and exchanged our dirty ones out. Trash also got removed. Coffee here is good, and breakfast hasn’t been too bad. A lot of soldiers can be seen grabbing breakfast in the morning, but don’t let that stop you from grabbing a plate and bringing it back to your room if the dining area is full. Haven’t had any issues door dashing to this location either. Just put in your hotel room, the address and you should be good to go. As far as the rates go, a little pricey for a nights stay with two dogs, as you will have to pay pet fee per night. Our family feels comfortable staying here. Parking around this time seems to be a slight issue, as a lot of people stay here, but it’s not too much of a concern. Linens seem to be fresh, and if we need something, front desk helps when it comes to needing an extra comforter or two. Complimentary coffee is nice as well, as I enjoy walking out of my room to grab a fresh cup of coffee that seems to always be fully stocked when I go to it.

I have hesitated to post a review because as someone who stayed here during BOLC, I do think it’s better to stay on post than to live off post but after other issues with IHG properties, it doesn’t feel right to hold back my true experience here.

THIS PROPERTY IS INFESTED WITH MICE!!! It was not treated as a big deal while I was staying there. The front desk staff gave us glue traps to deal with them and it didn’t make sense to change rooms because all the other rooms were just as infested. I know this because my classmate told me and sent pictures as well. During my 5 month stay here, I captured between 7 to 11 mice but there always seemed to be more. Mind you I stayed there from July to December of 2023 so there’s a chance they have fixed this problem but I highly doubt it.

The staff was always very nice and I hate putting this review up when it can impact them but this experience was unacceptable. Below are just some of ones I captured in the room. It always seemed to be right under the AC unit.
