Located about 10 Minutes from town, so you definitely need to drive often. Be sure to see the town of Helen. Many small towns within 20 minutes. Resort is very nice with lots of amenities. Fabulous mini putt course. Great pool and hot tub area. Tennis courts. Good 18 hole golf course across the street. Lots of hills and plenty of interesting holes. Green fee with cart only $30 if staying at the resort. Villa was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here, with our relatives, for a long weekend; while exploring the area. |Though a bit older, the resort is very well-maintained; and the check-in was efficient and welcoming. |Our two bedroom villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having mobility issues, we were able to occupy a first floor lodging; as the buildings have no elevators. |All the staff we encountered were friendly, accommodating and informative. |Being off-season, the resort seemed quiet & laid-back; but it does seem to have a number of warmer weather amenities available. |We did have one meal at their little onsite cafe/restaurant; when we first arrived (our server, Sammy, being helpful and attentive). The burger, loaded fries, grilled chicken sandwich were all decent options; if one doesn't want to travel into the surrounding towns (which do offer numerous dining venues).|All and all; we would readily recommend this location, if one is seeking lodging in the area. |

I booked this place for the weekend for my birthday with my family. They have so much to do here for the kids you wouldn't have to leave and it wasn't packed or busy either. We were off doing other things for the most part of the trip but we finally got to check out their arcade room, play mini golf, play basketball, the kids played on the playground, played checkers, and so much more. Our kids want to go back to just stay and the hotel and not go anywhere else. That's how much they liked it. The hotel rooms were nice as well. They were clean and we had everything we needed so nothing to complain about. They even had a golf tournament going on while we were there and we would never have known if the front desk lady didn't tell us.

The staff at the resort were very friendly and very helpful and willing to go out of the way to make sure things were available to us. It was not a very busy time so that did make it easier. Enjoyed the sports courts and the rock painting was fun. The rooms were very nice and clean when we arrived. One side note- It would be nice to have an easier way to get from the presidential suites to the amenities, like a shuttle or a pathway off the main street. And also at least a few lights along the way for at night if you wanted to walk it.

It is a little "out" there and our drive to the resort took us through some twisting, winding roads. But we found it fine.

We arrived late, around 11:30 pm, and security was just arriving to handle another late comer, so we had a very short wait to get checked in. But we got our key and related directions quickly.

The room is great, and the bed is very comfortable. It has been well maintained, and is exactly what we hoped for.

We needed a relaxing time away from the norms of life. We stayed in the Presidental side. The resort is an older resort but is well kept. The staff is so friendly and attentive to requests. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Love it's quietness and one day we are gonna check out the golf course.|Enjoyed our stay.

We had some issues with Our stay a few months ago but I am very happy that everything has been resolved! My Dad and I and Our dogs have been treated very respectful and the staff has been very helpful and kind! The rooms have been very clean as well! Great Job everyone! The receptionist has been very nice and helpful as well! 😁Great place to stay!

Nice and spacious and remote. 10 - 15 minutes away from some charming towns. The staff was most helpful. The place would be even nicer with a refresh - update and a way to help the squeaky floors.
