I was really disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, but this was convenient to the freeway and had a restaurant attached which meant we didn’t have to go anywhere for a meal. The website said it was open until 11pm. Got to the hotel and the restaurant was closed. Most hotels have a continental breakfast, this one did not. There was no hair dryer in the room or iron. We will not stay at a holiday inn again, we will stay at the Expresses or another chain.

Room was very good. Only disappointment was the attached bar would not allow me to take an adult beverage back to my room. Hostess said I could but bartender would not allow. Always have been allowed to at other hotels with attached bar. Very thankful to Patrick and the rest of the staff there. I forgot my cellphone in my room and was several hours away when I realized it. I called the hotel and Patrick located it and arranged to have it mailed out to me a couple days later saving me an additional day on the road. Thank you Patrick and all the rest of the staff.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Ardmore. There are restaurants nearby and easy access to main thoroughfares. The hotel itself is not new, but well kept, and very comfortable. It worked perfectly for our stop-over while in Oklahoma.

We stopped because of a snow storm. This team was great. People friendly and helpful. The room was great and very clean. The restaurant has absolutely great food. The manager is one of a kind. Helped everywhere she could so nice

From the minute we walked in-greeted by an upbeat cheerful team member Jerald to check out the next morning with another upbeat cheerful team member Owen...our stay was fabulous!! Easy access off I35, very clean & fresh facility and the comfortable cozy clean room. Gerald & Owen and their positive attitude and happy/cheerful demeanor made our stay such a positive one!!! Thank You!!!!

Right on I 35 W. Very convenient, 1 block off freeway. It was easy to spot from the road. This is a very big hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The late shift front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The prices were unexpectedly very reasonable. I'll stop here again when I come through. It's very close to the Texas state line

Jerald checked me in the past few times I've been here and he is amazing and friendly. It's a very nice hotel, and very nice staff. I would like to point out that I think some of the negative reviews of this hotel should actually be for the Holiday Inn Express in Ardmore which is horrible and I would not recommend staying there.

The rooms here are very clean and cozy. No bugs and no crappy staff.

We use this location as a halfway point between Kansas City and Houston and have stayed here many times over the years. The location is perfect, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate Gerald, who always remembers us by name and past visits.
