Amazing location (we stopped on our way from PA to KY) and beautiful clean campground. We had a premium spot with the patio and it was perfect! The Manager Laura is a delight and we cannot wait to return to Hocking Hills. Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave just a few miles down the road. Our only regret is we could stay longer. Take note as you plan your trip … NO LATE ARRIVALS after 9PM.

Only positive was location. Mgmt could care less about guests or their problems/issues. Cabin had water go out and was overran with ants. No answer when calling after hours line and was called a liar after checking out. No apology No remorse. Just horribly ran. Would not stay again for free. Hilltop campground 2 miles away is 100 times better.

i am very upset with KOA I had reservation but i had to cancelled it because my mom was put on Hospice so my husband call to cancel in advance i was told that we made the dead line for cancelling our reservation. So i spoke to another lady that i wanted to change my reservation to another month she said that was ok and so i booked for another month. Then i spoke to the manager she told me if we don't show up we loose the lot and our whole payment i explain i can not go because of my mother being in Hospice!! She was very rude and inconsiderate of my situation. So will never going to their KOA EVER AGAIN!!!

While we didn't have a room, we had a Deluxe cabin, it was nice, well maintained for the most part. the little deck had a rotted board or two. The drive to get up to the campground is very bumpy and could use some TLC. Campground was very well maintained, location is less than 10 miles of most of the sites to see. less than 30 min to get to a town. nestled nicely in a wooded area, cell service is poor, but the camp ground has pretty good wifi

This KOA was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Great clean bathrooms and showers. The delivered firewood right to the campsite. Very dog friendly. Extremely close to the hiking trails. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

A great place to stay. Really convenient to Hocking Hills trails. Sites were decently spacious and campground well kept. Obviously the area is very hilly but they did a nice job at leveling all the sites. Although we didn’t use the restrooms, I checked them out and they were updated and extremely clean. The WiFi worked well for us but campground wasn’t very full while we were there. Cell service for Verizon is very spotty.

First time staying at a KOA and we had a fantastic time! The Outdoorsman Deluxe Cabin was clean and spacious and was fully stocked with kitchen amenities. Not a single bug or ant was seen. Layout was great and especially enjoyed having a propane grill and brick patio fire pit area. Grounds and pool were nice as well. Loved ordering pizza from their own pizza place and having it delivered to our cabin! Would definitely return!
