For the price, it is a 5 star for me, room has a flat screen up to date with cable, not sure if they all do but this is a plus. From the ground up was spotless clean and could tell everything was washed good and the floors were swept and mopped well. Bathrooms spotless aswell, I travel through every 6 weeks and I will be choosing this place my stay once every 6 weeks from now on.

Dirty hotel. There are huge stains on the carpet. Front desk help was very nice and pleasant. But was more worried about the police lights down the street. $100. was too much.

I stayed at the Hiway Inn in Hugo, OK, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the employees at the front desk were in pajamas and sweatpants, and had blankets wrapped around them which didn’t give us much confidence about the professionalism of this place. Then, after checking in, we discovered that they had messed up our reservation. We booked a room with two beds but were given a single bed instead.

Once they finally got us into the right room, it only got worse. We walked in and were hit by a terrible smell—like a mix of body odor and cigarettes. It was overwhelming and made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable.

The “amenities” listed are misleading. There’s a breakfast area, but don’t expect any hot breakfast in the morning. They advertise a laundry room, but it’s out of service, and only one of the vending machines actually works—and it only sells drinks.

One night, my roommate accidentally spilled juice on the bed, so he went to ask for fresh bedding. Despite the lobby being empty, he was told they couldn’t give him any extra comforters or sheets. This hotel was practically empty (we saw maybe 4-6 other people there), yet they couldn’t accommodate this simple request.

Overall, I’d recommend avoiding the Hiway Inn. The place is unclean, poorly managed, and provides little to no service. There are likely better options around for the same price.

This is my go to hotel in Hugo I always stay the night here when I’m traveling to visit family. It’s my half way to Okc or Tulsa. Nice clean and friendly. I have never had a problem. Walmart and Taco Bell very close and braums right up the street. Perfect for my needs.

Rooms are clean but missing a lot of furniture. You get a bed. The lady at the front desk was drunk. But she finally managed to check me in. Close to Walmart, that's a plus.

We decided to stay last minute on our trip, and were not disappointed. I found the rooms clean and smelling good, the AC was on and it was nice and cool. They were in a great spot for shopping, eating and exploring. The girls were friendly and courteous. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I couldn't tell you about that. You could tell it was an older motel but well maintained and clean.

Splendid! Peaceful, serene, clean... Brandi checked us in and the two ladies this morning were equally sweet and helpful. Very comfortable. Ready for the road.
