Stayed in a 3 bedroom unit at this resort with family through Thanksgiving. The service provided was exceptional! The staff was friendly and promptly responded to all of our questions and requests.We had a problem with the dishwasher that was repaired the same day. One suggestion is to provide better dishwasher detergent to better clean the dishes or bring your own. The condo unit was older but very spacious, well equiped and nicely maintained. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

From the courteous late-night check-in to the super friendly staff throughout the resort, we were very impressed with the customer service. The units were spotless clean with classic new furniture. The kitchens were fully equipped with utensils. bowls, cups, plates, etc. for eating and cooking. The rooms well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. There was even a walk-in closet the size of a den! We felt very comfortable during our 7-night stay. We have stayed at many 5-star resorts around the World, and though this resort is only a 3 star, we felt the professional customer service and cleanliness of this resort made it comparable to a 5 star. And the Bonus was, we stayed during a TPC Q School Golf Tournament and got to watch Professional Golfers tee off on the 8th hole! Thank You sooo much! XOXO Jacqueline and Peter

Just want to acknowledge the incredible front desk staff. I spoke to several people working behind the desk area, Leah and Elena specifically were incredibly helpful and patient with a situation. They seem to make a great team. I really appreciate their patience, great customer service, and professionalism. They were also kind and compassionate. 🙏🏻💕✨

Wow this place is amazing!
Large 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer inside. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. It isn't perfect as a few outlets didn't work and the service phone wasn't functioning. A quick call to the service desk has an engineer to our room within 10 minutes to replace.

The service here was great! Most of the staff was very friendly, which was refreshing. The units were not that great. There was a strange odor in our unit, the TVs only worked sometimes, the light in the kitchen flickered off and on, and the washing machine did not appear to be clean. If you get a Hilton marketing package, and you're looking for a really nice place to stay, I wouldn't recommend this place. The bathrooms were very clean, and there's a really nice pool and small golf pad along with other table games.

Friendly helpful staff , nothing to much trouble , resort a bit dated , room large but need some love , pool nice , needed refreshments , no bar .no elevators be careful if steps are difficult for you . Nice location , but you are near a main road depending what room you are in this can take the edge of relaxing on the balcony ,

Great spot for a larger family. Skip the concierge. They really try to sell you hard on the time share presentation. We didn't go to it. I was frustrated that the concierge did not tell us about the most fabulous Christmas lights display only 5 minutes away at The Princess. We found out about it the last day from another guest.

The outdoor grilles, games and pool are great.

No room housekeeping during the stay.

We stayed in a 2 BR unit. Building 7 at the end of the property. Unit itself was fine-clean, roomy. |The photo on the website is deceiving though. Most units are not on the golf course. It is merely a building community. |2nd floor unit has quite a few steps up. No elevator.
