We stayed here for two nights when we visited Sedona. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. There’s an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. We resisted the attendance of a timeshare pitch because we had traveled from so far away and could not afford to waste two hours of our life because that would be in the major part of the day. It is in a nice location. The views are great. The parking is free. The entire resort is well thought out. Access to the town and various restaurants are nearby. I had planned to go for yoga in the morning and we found a place but I overslept because it was my vacation.

Location was perfect! Just few 10 mins from actual Sedona, I loved heading north since I have to pass the scenic view every time, such an amazing driveway.
Room was clean and organized, no complaints at all, mine had a little kitchen where I prepared all my on the go meals when hiking.

We had a great 2 night stay at this property! We’re in building 9 in a studio suite on the second floor looking out over the pool. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a bit dated, but we didn’t let that give the property a negative mark ! We enjoyed the location, setting of the golf course and of course the pool and hot tubs. The front desk staff was also very pleasant at checkin. Hopefully a partial room remodel is in the works, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. We books through a third party site and also got a great rate on the room !

This was a fabulous stay! I wish we had more than one night. The room (which was more like a condo) was spacious and stocked with everything needed. We were able to play games and eat and all sleep comfortably (family of 4). Balcony had a great view of the red rocks. |While we didn’t use them - there is a pool and hot tubs. Also grills available for use. |There is no restaurant on site - but plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a 0.5 mile radius.|This location is a good 25 minutes from uptown Sedona - but that didn’t bother us. Like I said - I wish we were here longer. It’s a great home base for sightseeing in the area.

First time staying at a Vacation Club. I expected this to be more of a resort vibe, but it was like staying at a sad condo with no food, no bar, and no services. They're in the middle of a remodel, so the view outside my room was piles of old hotel furniture. When I walked to the registration building for ice... more piles of old furniture. Kinda gross. Would have preferred car camping over this place.

Good location and clean room with newish furniture. There was noise from a fan all night. TV screen was out of focus and remote was junk. There were a lot of stairs to climb up to the 3rd floor, at least 15 !! If I had known that at check in I would have requested a 1st floor. The huge bathtub wasn’t a hot tub, and there was a fake fireplace that wasn’t even a heater.

Terrible experience at the timeshare presentation. We checked into the hotel at the beginning of the stay and was escorted to a promotional timeshare presentation sign up. Things sounded good. A promise of a gift card in exchange for painless and enjoyable 90 min presentation.

We showed up to our presentation 10 mins before start at 1:15 pm. Instead of respecting our time, the process took until 3:35. To add insult to injury, at check out the lady told us it was our own fault to stay for that long Instead of just getting up and leave at the 90 min mark. We are respectful people and would not get up in the middle of a presentation. Seems too much to expect basic manners at this location.

We changed our morning plan to show up on time and had to cancel our afternoon plan due to this presentation. 100% not worth your time. Please don't do it. They do not seem to respect their perspective customers, and I can imagine once you handle over the money, you will be treated even worse.

The property was scenic and the unit was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful but be prepared to be badgered into timeshare touring. The walls were paper thin. We had very loud upstairs neighbors so try to get a second level reservation.
