As a summary - this is a never again hotel.

We paid to upgrade to a king suite with fire pit and a view. The use of the word ā€œsuiteā€ was very liberal, seemed like someone just put a wall up that made two tiny rooms. Additionally, the view was nice but you needed to look past the backyard of all the houses around it. And avoid creepy neighbors, despite the patio being touted as private.

The food and drink were prices similar to actual resorts, the food wasn’t good - or large enough - to justify the prices. In fact they were very similar to the hotel we moved to our second night, which tasted better and wasn’t surrounded by creepy igloos.

Paying for parking is just ridiculous - plus a resort fee. Maybe that fee will be used to make the place into a resort?

Don’t expect late checkout, even with diamond status.

Amazing hotel/ resort. Stayed in 1st floor room with view of red rocks and had a personal fire pit. Bar is lovely and outdoor area with large firepits is awesome - live music while we were there (I think Tues-Sat they have it). All staff were very nice and while hotel was busy for the New Year, it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the ladies hot tub in the fitness center and even swam in the heated lap pool on the morning we were leaving. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful resort nestled amidst the majestic mountains. The early mornings were truly enchanting, as the sun rose slowly, casting a warm glow over the breathtaking landscape. The resort offers a variety of planned activities for guests throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday. While many of these activities are complimentary, some do come with a small fee.

Our accommodations included a cozy one-bedroom suite, featuring a kitchen that was impressively well-equipped. It boasted modern appliances, a full set of pots and pans, and all the necessary kitchen items, making meal preparation a breeze. However, I found the lighting in the room to be somewhat lacking, creating a dull ambiance that detracted from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat compromised by the noise coming from the neighbors in the upstairs unit. Their late-night activities made it challenging for us to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. To add to our misfortunes, one morning we awoke to find a leak in the ceiling above the bathtub, creating a rather frustrating and inconvenient experience.

Room service was available upon request, but it required making a reservation the day before, which added an extra layer of planning to our stay. Despite these challenges, the surrounding beauty of the mountains and the array of activities made for a memorable getaway.

Small ā€œresortā€. Clean, spacious rooms. Cute bar with nice food & excellent drinks. Beautiful seating area outside with massive fire pit. During the winter igloo’s set up for outside dining. First level rooms have private patio space with personal fire pit & gas fireplace in the room. Only complaint is no complementary coffee or juice in the lobby.

Check in was easy using digital key. Our room is out dated. I would say late 1990s vibes. Our room was very spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept so good in that bed. We had excellent views from our room 2043. We enjoyed our balcony with stunning views of Sedona’s red rock. We did not eat here at the resort because everything is overly priced. I highly recommend checking out the restaurants that are 5-10 minute drive away. Downtown Sedona was only a 15 min drive from the resort.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the Hilton Sedona! After walking out of a Marriott due to a disappointing experience, I was warmly welcomed by the Hilton staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel valued from the moment I arrived. Their exceptional service and genuine friendliness truly set the tone for an incredible stay.

The property itself is stunning, surrounded by Sedona’s breathtaking red rock views. Whether relaxing by the fire pits, enjoying the well-appointed rooms, or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. The staff made all the difference—professional, accommodating, and always greeting me with a smile.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Hilton Sedona. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely be returning!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock and had a very disappointing encounter at the bar. During my visit, I ordered a $21 martini, which is quite expensive, and it arrived with far less in the glass than expected. To provide some context, I had ordered the same drink on a previous night, and it was filled properly. Additionally, my friend, who ordered ta much similar martini at the same time, received a much fuller drink.

When I approached the bar manager, Josh, to politely ask for a small top-off to match my previous experience, I was told, "That’s just the way that it is, we only do 2 1/2-ounce pours." As someone with experience in the hospitality industry, I was taken aback by this response. In my experience, managers usually go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction—especially when the request is as simple as adjusting a pour to match the guest's expectations.

I wasn’t asking for a new drink, just a reasonable top-off for the one I already had. Unfortunately, this lack of willingness to accommodate left me very disappointed. Customer service is paramount, and in this case, it was lacking. Given the price point of the drinks, I had expected better.

I will not be ordering this particular drink again, and I’ll be sharing pictures to show the stark difference between my friend’s properly filled martini and mine. This experience does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties.
