Definitely a disappointing experience compared to other Hilton hotels. The rooms are outdated and in disrepair, the wallpaper is literally peeling off in multiple spots. There is also constant noise of running water coming through the walls. It's like sleeping next to a river, great in nature but not at a hotel. The food overly salty and lacking in options for dietary needs like gluten free or vegan. The staff is very short and mildly rude, they'll interrupt you mid sentence. The only saving grace is Luigi at the restaurant was very nice. I travel for business often and we won't be back. What's going on with this place?

Great staff at the front desk. Very nice lobby with plenty of seating.
The bar was also very nice with great service. We ordered the chicken wings, which were delicious.
The location is about 7 minutes to the Parking Spot where we had reservations.
Very safe area, lovely pool, all around a top notch place.
Thank you all. It made our early departure so much easier.

The staff at this hotel are out of this world!!! Got stranded in Phoenix due to delayed/missed flights. Our airline put us up in this hotel…..and so happy they did! After a crazy day of travel, crabby and tired, we were picked up in the shuttle by Frank, and he was so smiley and happy, there was no way to be cranky with him around! Upon check-in, we spoke with Rush, Katie and Hailey. They all were beyond friendly, happy, and so kind! We spoke with the food and beverage manager, Chris, about the restaurant hours as well as commended his staff. Again, such a great guy, friendly, and helpful! The food and drinks at the bar/restaurant were fantastic! Nelsy was our bartender and she was very helpful, happy, and fun to talk to. These individuals made us forget all about our long and stressful day of travel and missed flights! With staff like this, There is no way you won’t enjoy your stay here! Thanks Hilton!!

We had a great experience at the hotel. Staff were very accommodating; saw that we had a baby, offered a crib, and brought it up right away! Everyone there was super friendly and professional.
The pool and hot tub were great. There were lots of areas to hang out around the hotel.
Don't go to the breakfast restaurant, tho 🙈 it was sooooo bad.
Everything else was great!

Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this hotel.
The only thing that should be looked at is that there is no breakfast option for guest other then the breakfast buffet that is a little on the expensive side.
The hotel didn't even offer coffee in the am unless you were willing to buy a 5 to 10 dollar coffee in the gift shop.
I only mention this because I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels and have never been at one that didn't offer complimentary coffee in the mornings.
Other then that, it's a great place to stay especially if you are doing a function.
Sales department was amazing! Shout out to Kim and Darlene who took great care of us.

We had to book this hotel because our flight was canceled, and it was a disappointing experience. The hotel is outdated and overpriced. Although we initially booked the room for $180, we were charged $280 at check-in. While the room was clean, it was stuffy with a strong carpet smell. The bed and bathroom were outdated and dingy, the curtains fell apart when we tried to close them, and the toilet leaked water all night, making loud noises that made it hard to sleep. The mini fridge was also extremely loud.

Breakfast was $25 per person, but the food lacked freshness and flavor, tasting overly salted to compensate for its poor quality. To make matters worse, they charged $5 for a cup of coffee that tasted like it came from a gas station—it even gave me a stomach ache.

If you’re going to charge premium prices, invest in updating the rooms and replacing the carpets! The only redeeming aspect of this hotel was the staff, who were incredibly kind and friendly.

No fuss, no problems. Asked for a late checkout, no problem. Staff is friendly enough, no problem there. Love the location, it's in a quiet & seemingly secure location. The only demerit I give it is no smart TVs.

3⭐️. This hotel isn’t bad per se, just a bunch of little things added up. The lobby is updated and very nice but the rooms are old and not updated. I was here for a conference and I don’t know if they purposely put us in the dingy rooms because we booked through the conference website and got a discounted amount I don’t know. The hotel also had a really odd layout and I felt like I had to walk a maze everyday to get to my room. But my room also was right next to the maintenance/maid service area. So whenever I left my room I was constantly almost being run into my workers pushing carts and I could hear what I assume was the laundry services through the wall. I also was not a fan of this because it felt a little unsafe for a female traveling alone. On arrival I was unpacking and ironing my clothing that got wrinkled and the iron had something melted on it that transferred onto my shirt and destroyed it. Which was an unfortunate accident obviously no one’s fault. I was offered a $50 credit to my room which then was changed to 2 drink and 2 coffee vouchers. I also am including a photo of my shower, which yes I can see the brown spots are obviously just on the bath mat but considering the amount to stay here and getting charged a “maid gratuity” fee, (area which was interesting since I kept my do not disturb sign up at all times) they should be able to try to bleach that. Also including a photo of a cockroach I found in my bathroom on the last day.
