I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mystic, but what made the experience truly exceptional was the service from CC. She went above and beyond to handle all my requests with professionalism and a genuine smile. CC was attentive, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Her customer service is top-notch and she’s a true asset to the Hilton team. Thank you, Cc, for making my visit memorable!
Location cant be anymore perfect! Right in the middle of the aquarium and all the shops. Rooms are very spacious and renovated as well. One of my favorite properties in the Hilton Portfolio.

Thank you staff at Mystic Marriott. Heather P., the Director of Operations, was amazing as was Mark in Customer Relations. Everyone so helpful during our stay. We loved the room, pool and restaurant! Very family friendly hotel. The grandchildren loved it! Great location across from the Mystic Aquarium! We will be back!:)

Pretty good for a Hilton.
The hotel room alone was the only reason for the 4 star. we stayed here for a couple days.
The first night, about three women and a guy were in the room next to us. they were yelling and screaming from 6pm-1am. we politely asked them to be quiet, but since they were too loud to even hear us. the next two nights were fine, but the fourth night, we were awoken to hear stomping from the room above us. it was consistent, from around 11pm - 1am.
The rooms were a little outdated but VERY clean.
Other than the partially outdated rooms and loud guests, this hotel was perfect. amazing location, great service at both the desk, and housekeeping. the bartenders in the hotel restaurant were also amazing. i would definitely stay here again.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!!
Staff goes above and beyond in their care: I was a little too drunk and they took fantastic care of me. They got me food and water, helped me get to my room safe, and even checked in on me in the morning.
Room are nice and spacious, clean, and luxurious - really good for the price. I had no issues at all. Mystic is a lovely place to visit as well for the holidays or for the beaches. Plenty of parking too.
Shout out to Jacob at the front desk! Tip him big, he’s a real one with a big heart.

The staff and everyone I conversed with were great. They had crafts for the kids and a scavenger hunt with a little prize at the end. These things were awesome to help keep the kids entertained. We took a trip to mystic to go to the aquarium and then let the kids enjoy swimming in the pool at the hotel. The room itself was mediocre. Found a full nip of schnapps on the floor under the night stand as well as a tube of ear plugs. Found a corona bottle cap next to the fridge. These things a minor as I can easily see how a cleaner could miss a thing or two given the amount they are expected to do. However the room itself was eh. The bathroom light around the mirror had dead flies in it and the shower grout had what I believe was black mold spotted all around. Still not the major aspect that called for the 3 star. We decided to go for a swim around 2 o’clock and upon arriving found around 4 other people swimming. Now I’m not sure what the bather load was prior to our arrival but the visibility to the 4.5’ floor wasn’t great. Could just see the all white drain covers. We swam for a little bit and got out for the day. The next morning the kids wanted to swim again so we decided to let them. Upon arriving to the pool at 7am, we found the pool in the same condition poor visibility and what seemed like a lack of suction from the skimmers. A employee came in and I asked if the filters were on and he said that they were but they had a lot of people in the pool the night before….the pool closes at midnight and opens at 6. I don’t think anyone was swimming prior to our arrival which means the pool had 7hours of filtration with 0 bather load. The ct code for turnover is 6 I believe so the fact that the water wasn’t clear is concerning. The smell of chlorine was hard to handle leaving me to believe a large number of chloramines present. The waterline tile was clean from the water down and cover in scum above the water line and the deck drains had water pooled around and not draining correctly. To me it didn’t appear that they had a hold on how to effectively run a pool with CPO a certified employee. When was the last time it was shocked? Or the filter backwashed. The filter media changes? Anyhow…the kids were still able to enjoy themselves but we definitely limited the swimming time due to the apparent neglect in the pool disinfection/filtration.

This hotel could use a major renovation.. the rooms are old and outdated and the walls, bathroom, linens and rugs are stained… shower mildewy and tubs gross. Staff and service pretty good. Perfect location!! Room was not cleaned very well upon arrival.

My husband and I recently stayed overnight for Valentine’s Day and decided to order room service for dinner. After ordering, we got caught up in a movie and didn’t realize an hour had passed without our meal. We inquired with the front desk who promptly looked into it. A short while later, the manager, Heather, personally delivered our meal with sincere apologies. There had been a miscommunication that resulted in the delay, and not only did she have them remake the whole meal, but included champagne and dessert and comped everything for us. We felt very well taken care of, and will absolutely be going back.
Thank you for making our evening so wonderfully memorable!
