Little worn but decent. Thin walls!!!||||They let me check in at 1:30p which was very nice of them.||||Staff was friendly, lobby was clean. Both days the conference center had events which made parking terrible. People generally cleared out by 9-10pm tho.||||Pool was tiny and was busy so I didn’t try.||||Rooms were clean but showed some wear. The walls were probably the worst part of the stay. I could easily hear normal conversations next door. If you have active kids next door then you will hear EVERYTHING. Bathrooms were clean but very small. I loved the neat closet space tho. Tv was good and channel selection ok. No smart tv tho. Ac was great. Like 8 USB A ports in the room. Sheets were clean.||||I didn’t try breakfast.||||Check out 12:00.

I can’t say enough about the wonderfully kind people who work here. Beginning with the front desk to the bar, kitchen, and housekeeping. Every encounter was cheerful. I ended up staying longer than I had anticipated due to flight cancellations. They provided late checkout and checked in on me to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay more pleasant. They loaned out ice scrapers/brushes for the unexpected snow. Then, if that wasn’t enough, I lost my driver’s license and the helped me search until it was found. Anytime I’m in the area, I will most definitely be staying here.

Front desk and buffet staff were very nice and helpful! In walking distance from bass pro! Sadly, there was no hot water everytime I wanted to use it. Even worse, they charge you for their breakfast buffet (smaller selection than most hotels give for free) , which id be fine with, but every single item available seemed like it had been sitting out for far far far too long. Unacceptable if you are charging for a buffet experience in an industry where that is usually free

I was sent to this hotel after the Embassy Suites overbooked and didn't honor my reservation. The Garden Inn also overbooked and did not have a room for me. They offered to pay for one night at a roach motel across the street. When I brought up the fact that I would be without lodging from 11am when I had to check out of the Roach Motel and 3pm when the earliest room would be available at the Garden Inn. I was offered nothing but the option to wait in my car in the parking lot or the lobby, while still being charged for the entire stay. The Manager, Charlotte Cox, offered no additional solution other than to extend my stay at the Roach Motel the booked me into. The icing on the cake, when I got to the Roach Motel the front desk lady was mad at me because Charlotte was yelling at her about being "bothered in her pajamas."||I would not stay here and feel this property should not be part of the Hilton brand. Moreover, Charlotte is not a good manager who is willing to work with customers to offer reasonable solutions. As I result of me booking with this hotel I ended up sleeping in a rental car outside. Run away from here! This is the reason I'm switching to Marriott after being a long time Diamond Member.

Very comfortable bed. Very minimalistic decor. Coffee in lobby was cold at check-in. Desk clerk was sweet, but must have been new.

Charged over $15 for my 9 yr olds breakfast...a bagel and a spoonful of eggs, then wanted to charge more for bacon. As a Hilton Honors memeber I picked this hotel out for my wife and son to stay at during a wreslting event, will not make the same mistake next yr!!!

We stayed here for a wedding and it was an excellent location. The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and clean rooms.
It was very centrally located to everything we needed to do and it’s only about 15 minutes to the Tulsa airport

Very central location to eateries and shops (walking distance). Very clean room with an AC that worked impressively. Extremely nice staff
