Check in was lovely and a super smooth process, the team that we interacted with were super lovely! They had some great recommendations on what we could do, so we really only came back to the hotel to rest. The room was 10/10. While our mobility during the stay was pretty good, both guests in this booking appreciated knowing that should our mobility ability change, we could still move around independently in the room we had booked. Thank you!

Great service for our stay. Rich runs a well oiled machine for the breakfast bar and helped me get set for a meeting and the front desk was super attentive. Always good to get good service. Hotel is newer and everything is fresh. Lobby is a great space to relax and the rooms are dialed and cozy

We had a family event in Surprise and we all stayed at the Hilton. As always, the location, the facilities and the staff are excellent. Richard runs the bar and he takes great care of everybody. The firepit outside was a great place to gather and have a cocktail. Frank runs the restaurant in the morning and he is also very customer oriented. The ladies that cook are who I will miss the most! This is my third stay and will not be my last.

I’ve never been more impressed with the staff and cleanliness of a hotel. Truly in awe and happy with what true service looks like! Richard and Julie food staff are phenomenal. Caleb at front desk is wonderful as well. They were immediate to help with any of our requests. Great gym too!

This hotel has immaculate customer service. I can't say enough good things about the quality of service. You will need to experience it yourself to fully understand. It's a newer hotel so everything is nice, clean and well kept. Keep up the amazing work Hilton Garden Inn Surprise, AZ.

Great location for my visit to Surprise, AZ area. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff treated me wonderfully. Richard took the time to help me with the buffet breakfast options and hooked me up with a light breakfast as I only had a few minutes before I headed out for an early appointment. If I would have had more time, I would have opted for the full buffet because it looked and smelled delicious. Thank you!

We were there for 10 days dealing with a death in the family. There were 4 of us in 2 rooms, 419 & 427. I would like to send a special “thank you “ to the following staff members who we dealt with during our stay: Jesse, Caleb, Monique/guest services; Richard, Willam, Fred, Angie,Taylor/food and beverage! These staff members were all very friendly, nice, helpful and professional each time we spoke. They all deserve a special thank you from us for always being helpful and supper employees!! This hotel is in a super convenient location. It's honestly one of the nicest Hiltons Gardens I've ever stayed in. The front desk was friendly and helpful upon arrival and the room was spotless. Spaces up front to charge EV, first hour free. Area feels safe & I would stay here again.
