Overall, we had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Savannah! The location is fantastic—very walkable to major restaurants, bars, and activities, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The valet service, while a bit pricey, was excellent and made parking hassle-free.

The hotel was generally clean, though I’d rate the room cleanliness a 7/10. The shower doors and bathroom mirror could have used a more thorough cleaning. One big plus was that the King Suite was well-suited for wheelchair accessibility. The lobby smelled amazing, though there was a noticeable paper mill smell on the room floors.

A great touch was the white noise machine in the room, which helped block out road noise and made for a more peaceful night's sleep. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again for the location and service!

They’re the nicest people and most welcoming staff! We got in very late and they made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too! Rooms are clean and the beds are really comfy. My kids loved the snack shop. It had a variety of great things. Much appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and everything met our expectations. I was able to successfully book our trip in advance through the Hilton honors customer service representative who insured I got the room I wanted, which was one with a balcony overlooking the city market. There were chairs on the balcony, and it was nice sitting out there in the evening.||The room with two queens was spacious and the bathroom, although small, had a good working shower with decent water pressure.||Breakfast was delicious, and even though it was not complementary, it was reasonable. In particular, I want to call out Romel who made a dynamite omelette, light and fluffy with lots of fillings.||The only downside is the parking fee of $45 a day. I know parking is hard to find in Savannah, but that’s a bit unreasonable in my opinion.||Overall, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again as the location is perfect. The hop on hop off tour bus was across the street, as was the city market with lots of good restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Wexford pub.

Hotel is in great location, on the corner of Bay and Montgomery. One-half block from trolley stop. Parking (for a daily fee) right on premises … you can take your car out and back in as often as you want, although we didn’t do that. Easy to walk to places from here or take the trolley. Lobby is beautiful. We stayed in a corner one-BR which was very spacious and well-decorated. Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at this property many times. It is consistently good. Beds are comfortable, rooms well appointed, attractive lobby. Breakfast buffet has lots to offer and always exceeds expectations. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to assist.

Room was clean and bed was like a cloud. Gym is on the smaller size but has new equipment and all you really need. Staff at front desk, valet & breakfast were hospitable and efficient. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast for the quality of food. Would stay again in the future!

The hotel is clean and neat. The hotel location is perfect for walking to the historic area or the river front. Breakfast is a wonderful morning option. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. We completely enjoyed our 3 day stay and will return.
