The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Close to foxwoods. Nice pool and hot tub.|Absolutely awful mattress, it was as hard as a rock and lumpy. My husband and I did not sleep well and both woke up very sore and in pain. The pillows were also flat and uncomfortable. We canceled the rest of our plans for the day and checked out early. |The room was also musty moldy smelling, probably from the whirlpool tub. It could use an air purifier or ventilation system. ||When we were checking out, the concierge mentioned that the mattresses were only two weeks old and we must have a very nice mattress. Our mattress is not high quality. I was looking forward to sleeping in a more comfortable bed than my own. And this was a huge disappointment especially after learning they were brand new.

My only "con?" Definitely not "sound proof" rooms. The noise level can get up there. They have quiet hours and now I know why...||Other than that? Excellent! I've stayed at Foxwoods many times and I'm not sure I'd do that again. This is such a convenient option. SUPER close to Foxwoods (a few min drive), ample parking, easy access to the hotel itself, easy exit. Foxwoods is great (the hotels) but dragging bags through the casino to check in, then to your room, then dragging back, walking to your car (unless you valet)... it's convenient to not have to drive anywhere but this hotel in itself is so much more convenient.||The rooms are lovely with dark, rich wood tones, a very comfortable bed, heating/cooling temps that suited our needs (we like it cool), coffee in the room. It was very nice. It was very clean, which is very important to us.||The staff at check in - I wish I could remember her name - but she was amazing and accommodating.||They have a little convenience store area that you can buy snacks and such and they also have a nice restaurant on site. We did have some drinks and fries there - all were great and the bartenders were wonderful.||Definitely highly recommend this hotel!

Sean at the front desk is beyond awesome! So very helpful! I wish I could remember the bartender's name that was working the Friday night we were there she was super nice as well. Clean, comfy room. Slightly noisy cheerleaders but totally not the hotel's fault, more fault of parents/chaperones not doing their job. Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this hotel the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and safe. We are currently on our second day here and it has been truly amazing!!! Our room has been updated and is immaculate clean. Having the whirlpool tub to relax after a long day is an extra bonus. Don’t skip the breakfast buffet everything is delicious 🤤 Can’t wait to check out the restaurant tonight plus you not only have the coupon for breakfast but also for dinner, free appetizer with a drink.

I have stayed 3 times at this hotel and have paid the additional pet fees for my dog the prior 2 visits with no issues with the hotel.
Last night I was berated by the staff for having him with me in public!
I came to the front desk and presented my VA card and my100 percent service connected disability letter.
While I was being lectured again with people in the lobby I signed the pet paperwork that was presented to me .
I guess this old Combat Veteran

The room was clean. That was a plus. The room heating system was noisy and there was no sound proofing so we could hear every word said from our neighbors. Would never stay here again. The breakfast restaurant was disgusting! TV was not a smart tv so we couldn’t stream any shows. Will not return.

The clerk was a bit odd. He (Joshua)Told us that they were still working on the room, after 3pm check in time. Gave us a small envelope with "coupons" for us, and then we asked for our room keys...he said I already gave them to you. We were so confused, we said in the "coupon" thing you handed us. Also they have an OUTDOOR hot tub, but no robes, so we couldn't go in, because it obviously isn't clear enough. The hallways were FREEZING and went into out room and it was 50 degrees inside. The whirlpool tub in th room had a broken drain and took forever to fill due to the nozzle being a shower type head rather than a faucet. No pens no paper in the room, ice machine only on 1st floor as we didn't see signs for it on our floor. The bar is open late which is good and the kitchen, however the amenities like pool and hot tub should be offered late as well instead of only til 10. We are right next to a 24 hour casino, would make more sense. ALSO as someone who has a handicap plaque, the handicap spaces available in the rear of the building were unplowed and not shoveled so it was dangerous getting out. No extra pillows or blankets in the room. I guess for the cost I expected more from a Hilton brand.

Barely a 5 minute drive to Foxwoods. Dunkin Donuts directly across the street. Overall great location! The hotel itself is fine for a night or two. We stayed for one night as we were seeing a show at Foxwoods. We had a king room on the 4th floor. The room was large and had very high ceilings which caused a little bit of echo. The heater was a bit noisy. The bed was fine and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no shuttle to Foxwoods offered. We would stay again next time we’re visiting Foxwoods.
