As a long term Hilton Honors Club member I always stay here a couple of times a year. It's a nice hotel but a couple of years ago, post covid they introduced a $10 parking fee in an attempt to get extra revenue. I have a large vehicle so I always park on the street and walk the literally extra 10 feet into the lobby. No big deal.||||They have had a change of staff, the person who used to work on the front desk for the last few years always asked are you parking on the street and never asked for my credit card for "incidentals" is no longer there.||||When I checked in March 11th, my room was pre-paid up front to get a good rate but the person on reception asked for a $20 hold on my card for "incidentals" promising it would automatically drop off in the morning. Did not ask where I parked.||||So I get home, check my visa and there it is. A $10 charge for something I did not use! I had to spend 1/2 an hour of my time on the phone to Hilton to get the $10 refunded. ||||The staff here need proper training, if you are going to charge customers for parking... you need to ask them if they are actually using the parking lot!

What a delightful experience it was to sleep in a spacious and impeccably clean room, where the comfortable pillows cradled my head perfectly. The addition of complimentary snacks and refreshing drinks made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests for my vacation room. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway at the Hilton, where every detail contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay.

We had two rooms over the Christmas holiday - and I have to say - the front desk staff went above and beyond. We were able to check-in early, they blocked our rooms side by side even without us asking, and even moved them to a different two rooms next to each other when I explained my Uncle needed as short of a walk as possible. Honestly, can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the girl at the front desk was, wish I could remember her name! It's a nice hotel, but their service was five star!

Nice place. Good location. Comfortable rooms. Nice staff. No complaints. I'd stay here again. (Maid service is only every other day, not a deal breaker, but I didn't know that until we checked in, so just FYI)

We travel for work and have stayed here several times in the last few months. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant are always friendly and upbeat and our rooms always clean and tidy. The only issue we had was there was no food menu on their website or anywhere online. To order food you have to go down to the restaurant. Also, they charge around $12-17 for breakfast.
We recommend booking a stay through discount travel websites where you can save up to $50 per night.

Good value for the price. Front desk staff was not very helpful with resolutions. Sport teams were staying in the hotel and seemed to have the run of the hotel forcing other guests to try to move around them and deal with the extra noise they made. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very responsive in providing extra towels when needed.

The front staff were very nice , and the rooms were very clean. Also nice and quiet.
So why I’m only given this three stars is the showers are a nightmare . First, some very bizarre controls, and then when you finally get them figured out, there is literally no hot water pressure. Talking to the front desk I guess this has been an issue for a bit. So if you don’t need to take a shower, I would give this five stars.

Okay, doing this second hand because all I did was drop a friend off. But she likes this Hilton enough to come almost every weekend up from her home town. Service is good, her room is clean and she enjoys her stay.
