Honestly we had a really great experience at this hotel. They were always overly accommodating and their attitude was so positive and kind. The staff here is exceptional! Great job!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I travel for work and my Kids are involved in travel sports, so we are at hotels all the time. The rooms were dirty- hair in shower, smears of something brown on bathroom walls and floors, the staff was rude upon check in and then the kicker was my husband and I became immediately ill from their breakfast (that is charged). We both ordered and ate Omelettes and were Throwing up within about 20 mins. We will never be back and I Will no longer support Hilton properties.

It was always clean. The service is always great. Always greated with a smile. The rooms are amazing.The location is great. There are lots of amenities within walking distance. I love the place. I will stay here again for sure.

Room 226: the shower door was opening and closing by itself all night including during my shower. I've been meaning to call the hotel and ask what the history of the room is but keep forgetting to call during the day. I was very comfortable in the room and in the hotel I slept great. If anyone has stories similar to mine about the hotel I'd love if you'd share with me!

The service was poor at best. The rooms was hot no matter what you set the temp at and if you left for several hours it would reset to a higher temp keeping the room hot. The front desk was not what you could call unfriendly but they were in no way friendly. I called down once and they answered simply, "hello". The online menu does not include a way to order online nor does it include a phone number for the ordering process. I had to google the number only to find out the place is listed on google as permanently closed so I had to call the front desk to be transferred to the restaurant. The food was over-priced. The morning meal available was over-priced as well especially considering how poor it tasted. Wet runny eggs, bland breakfast tostadas and believe it or not tasteless bacon. I will point out that the only truly good service we got was at breakfast, the man that waited on us was very good. I almost forgot, DO NOT USE the hotel parking they charge per night if you leave car parked for days or not. You can park in the Chase garage across the street for more than one day and only have one charge as long as you do not move during the time parked in the garage.

Large, clean and comfortable room. BUT the AC was so loud there was no way to actually sleep. And since it was 113 outside, we couldn't just turn it off. Everything else was Hilton standard.
