This was an alright hotel, but I would definitely classify it as below average. I stayed in one of these in Charlotte, NC, and that one was much nicer, both physically and in terms of staff. This hotel was kind of gross, and it was oftentimes hard to find staff members quickly. The one saving grace was that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, including a glistening blue Christmas tree in the lobby, and a really cool Christmas-themed bar on the rooftop. Everything else was pretty subpar though.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic family stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our spacious corner room was a highlight, featuring a full living room with a dining table, a generously sized bathroom with double sinks, and a comfortable bed. The extra space truly enhanced our stay.

While the room was excellent, we were disappointed by the rooftop bar. It was a key factor in our hotel choice, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations, prompting us to seek a more vibrant atmosphere elsewhere. Additionally, the breakfast, while decent, wasn't quite worth the price tag in our opinion.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's prime location and convenient valet service (though chargeable) were definite pluses. Overall, we had a positive experience at the Hilton Garden Inn, and with a few improvements to the rooftop bar and breakfast offering, it would be an even more outstanding choice

Great location. Rooms were ok. Temp controls in the room didn't seem to work. Lots of outside noise. I could also hear the floor above my room. Water temp was warm never very hot and poor pressure. Restaurant downstairs was not very good. Walking distance to a lot of other great food to eat. I don't think I'd stay here again.

This place doesn't affect much from the outside but once you step inside you can see the historical architecture. There's two bars. One on the bottom floor and one up top on the roof. Service was great. Although valet was full I had to park across the street and a parking garage. That is okay. I understanding there was a suns game going on this night

Absolutely Terrible Experience!!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn expecting a secure and professional environment, but I could not have been more disappointed. My truck was vandalized with permanent marker right outside the valet parking area! This shows a complete lack of security and accountability on the hotel’s part.

Despite being so close to where the valet operates, no one noticed or stopped the vandalism. What’s the point of having valet services if they can’t even keep the area monitored? They don’t even have cameras outside the Valet area. It’s clear they don’t take guest safety or property security seriously.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that values their guests and their belongings. I’ll never return, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you want your property at risk.

I loved the ambiance of this place. Very art deco and old school. My only criticism was those curtains disrupted my sense of time; I truly was shocked when I saw it was the morning because it was so dark in the room! Otherwise I enjoyed this place especially how polite and cordial the staff was.

I came for a live music event. The 13th Floor Bar was very classy. The rum & coke I had was strong enough, and the sliders were delicious. The view of the city is spectacular.

They nickel and dime you with out telling you. Charging you for coffee in the room with out a warning? Pathetic. They ignored the sign saying please don’t clean my room. The iron didn’t work. The alarm clock didn’t work. The staff was friendly so I’ll give a star for that. A cheap, poorly run place with kind people at the desk.
