Exceptional Service & Outstanding Staff!

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown Oklahoma City was fantastic, but what truly set it apart was the incredible customer service—especially from Max at the front desk.

During our visit, it was my son’s birthday. He accidentally left his brand-new gaming system by the elevator as we left the hotel. In a panic, I called the front desk, and Max immediately sprang into action. He didn’t just reassure me over the phone—he personally went searching for it right away. Thanks to his quick response and dedication, we were able to recover it, and I can’t express how grateful we are for his kindness and professionalism.

Beyond that, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were well-maintained, the amenities were great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests, and Max exemplified that with his above-and-beyond service.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in OKC. We’ll definitely be back, knowing we’re in such good hands!

Positive: Super comfy beds. We all slept quite well. Negative: At the time of our stay the hotels broiler was not working properly so there wasn?t any hot water to shower in the room.

Had to take 1 star off because even though they have indoor pools, they are NOT heated and that was a big disappointment. My kids swam but it was barely warm enough in the hot tub to even get in it. Less warm than bathwater. And it turned my blonde hair green, which I've never had happen, and I swim a lot. Otherwise enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was friendly, and things seemed clean but no information that I was getting an ADA room with no tub, and I didn't think to ask. After driving all day, I always want a tub even if I don't use it. Feel this is a significant drawback because I already don't sleep well in hotels. Would have helped me relax. Called to ask if any rooms were available with a tub but was out on hold. Location is quiet but heater is loud.

Rooms were nice and clean but I was cold all night, so waited for the heater to warm up the room but it never happened. The heater was just blowing air but it didn’t work. So cold in Oklahoma and I had a rough night. I was too tired to go and talk to someone at the middle of the night. Woke up w a sore throat too…
Morning had no decaf, just regular coffee, didn’t find any other drinks but I did ask the bar tender for juice. Didn’t see trash cans by the breakfast area to clean my table after breakfast. Bit not a big deal. The worst is that I choose this place and paid more than other hotels around the area for better comfort and I didn’t experience that!

All the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great stay. I would have gave 5 stars had the hot tub been working properly. It was a clean modern hotel and smelled fresh.

Don’t waste your money. Pillows were absolutely horrible, no water pressure in shower, thin itchy towels. For that price I expected more. I stayed there 2 years ago and it was so much better then. Never again.
