The people here are great and truly care.
Sheena at the front desk handled everything with professionalism and confidence.
Norma, always smile and can do attitude!! She makes breakfast great.
Brice and the entire valet staff were fast, courteous, and eager to help.
Clean rooms, recently remodeled.

Great location for brick town. Easy access to public transport. Close to the ballpark, basketball stadium, and canal. First great impression when we pulled in. Bryce and Camden greeted us with a smile and opened doors! Very impressed! Wish the indoor pool was a little warmer, kids swam for 10 minutes and were ready to get out due to the temperature. Hotel staff very accommodating when we needed an extra bed and bedding for our family. We look forward to our next vacation here!

Staying here for business but i had to give a shoutout for the exceptional service at this hotel. For the price, the hotel is perfect! My arrival and departure was so seamless with valet, brayden and landyn helped with loading my luggage and were the nicest guys ever! The front desk staff was equally fantastic and the room was great and had an awesome view! Recommend anyone looking to have fun in bricktown to stay here!

My stay at the Hilton this week couldn’t have been better! From the front desk to the bar staff to the valet, everyone was awesome. Shoutout to Landyn and Kamden for the amazing service on my arrival and departure. The room was great and bricktown has a lot of fun things going on! I’d recommend to anyone staying in downtown OKC to stay here or nearby!

Ismael was so great with my valet parking....prompt, professional & kind. I would highly recommend looking for this young man!
I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a conference there. The Hotel location was not for me as there was a lot of noise...kids running up & down the hallways after 11:00 pm & across from a couple of bars, lots of public & police noise but the rooms were clean & the staff was exceptional.

This property delivered excellent customer service, exceptionally clean facilities, a quiet, comfortable room, a variety of on-site amenities and was the perfect place to stay for access to local attractions! Brickworks is THE place to spend some time in OKC. It offers a multitude of entertainment, shopping and dining venues within a five minute walk from this hotel. Major attractions like the OKC Bombing Memorial Museum and botanical gardens are less than a ten minute drive away. The zoo? Fifteen minutes away. There is a FREE continental breakfast, or you can pay $18 for a breakfast buffet in the bar area. There is an indoor pool, exercise area, lounge with bar, and plenty of spaces with comfortable tables and chairs for socializing. Parking is either valet ($37/night) or a garage half a block down for $24/day. We used the garage, and this is a pay with card system tied to the license plate for easy in and out access. Room was fantastic! Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and great A/C. Highly recommend!

My valet experience at Hilton was outstanding! Beaux was great! Super attentive and got my car for me so quick. I am so thankful for the staff there. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and valet to friends and family traveling into OKC!
