From the moment we walked through the doors, the customer service was absolutely superb!|Quick and easy check-in with a thorough expression of the amenities and services available.||Breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and delicious. Friendly hostess and server helped me start my day with a smile!|As a matter of fact, everyone was friendly and willing to assist. Fresh coffee is available every morning in the lobby. There is a mini snack bar available to purchase beverages and snacks. ||Also a full service, well stocked bar which is very popular for those who enjoy a cocktail after work.||Staff Highlight: Ms. Rhonda |Every time I saw her, she was happy and singing. It helps make a stay-away-from/home a pleasant experience when the staff truly enjoys their jobs.||Designated smoking areas are located around the premises. This is a pet-friendly facility.||I booked a Two-Room Suite and it was perfect. Each room has its own television and climate control.|Microwave, Mini Fridge and in-room Coffee Bar.||Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Bathroom fully stocked. Hot water was readily available and shower head is adjustable.|Plenty of seating in the room and nicely furnished.||If I return to Lawton/Fort Sill, I will book this hotel again!||Thank you!|Tolbert Travel Connection

The front desk staff and the bar tenders were so friendly and professional. The food and drinks were awesome. The rooms were CLEAN! The restrooms in the Lobby were clean. The gym was surprisingly good. It was spacious and had more equipment than I was expecting. 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a bench with a full rack of weights, and a cable machine.

We booked a one bedroom suite and not only received a one bedroom it had 2 full bathrooms. I’ve had suites that had an extra half bath but this one had a full bath in the living room. It would have been great if we had family staying in the living room. Also, the main bath had a separate shower and a nice whirlpool tub. |The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was good. We’re diamond so received $10 each credit and they had a Buffett that was $10. |We had snow while we were there and they cleared thing rapidly. Great stay.

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet could not hear anything. The bed was too firm made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Not Embassy suites. Staff was great and friendly. Location was great. I wish breakfast was included in price.!

By far the best hotel in Lawton OK. The lobby smells wonderful and the rooms are well kept. Wonderful friendly staff at the front desk, the food was delicious and we especially loved our bartender Mr Joe Bob.

Front Desk Staff - WOW! 🤩 It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but you’ll find it here. Every single person that we interacted with during our stay was a 10/10!!!

Bartender - We got the male bartender. He was awesome!

Overall, the facilities were nice. Although, I would highly suggest some updating. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I do not recommend breakfast or dinner onsite. Food and service were tolerable. Location is great for family and friends attending Basic Training graduations.

Located right in front of a small strip mall and has its own full service restaurant and bar what else can you ask for? Even the locals come to eat and drink here and visit with the staff. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the staff is welcoming. This will be my go to place when staying in Lawton for sure.
