I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn in 2018. It was a really nice hotel, and it was situated in an area I really liked – Flagstaff, Arizona. This particular Hilton Garden Inn has some really nice amenities, including a pool. If I'm looking for a more fun way to relax in a swimming pool, I would say that this hotel has it. The only problem I had was that the breakfast didn't include very many options, and the line to eat was very long, which really surprised me. I also think they should give a priority to diamond members like me. We come back to Hilton hotels all the time, and it would be a nice little thank you. I think all the Hilton hotels should do that, especially since we’re repeat customers.

This was a great little Hilton Garden Inn! I drove up to Flagstaff from Phoenix pretty last minute to hike around the area in the snow with my dog. This property had an affordable rate last minute and pet friendly. The pet fee was reasonable and having free parking was great. The hotel is newly renovated with a great location and very nice for being an older building. The hot tub was small but worked. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Everyone was very friendly and I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Flagstaff!

Victoria and Gabe at the front desk truly went above and beyond during our stay as true hospitalians. There was an issue with noisy neighbors and they were so attentive and quick to offer solutions. They worked together seamlessly and checked in with us giving us a sense that our comfort was a priority. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. It’s rare to meet people who genuinely care about your experience—thank you both!

While updated and clean, the rooms still felt dingy and worn. The bed was firm and the pillows were soft, so personal preference may vary. The side table mounted to the wall between the beds was nearly falling off. Breakfast was at an additional fee, which was my fault for not noticing that in the listing, but disappointing for the price of the room. Pool is on full display to the lobby, luckily the kids were too tired to want to swim. Overall, it was just a passover in our trip and not our destination, so I am thankful we were not booked for more than one night. I have no plans to book with this particular location in the future.

Was very happy with our quick stay here. Booked later in the day while driving I40. Was welcomed warmly on arrival. Check-in was friendly and seamless. I was pretty impressed with the rooms. The room was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find and near the highway. Plenty of food options near by.

Seems to be a very pet dog friendly hotel. I wish I would have known prior to booking. My kids have allergies and we did not sleep well as a result. We ended up only staying a night instead of the two we intended to. The indoor pool is also not heated. The staff is friendly and location is great, but overall did not work for our family and would not stay here again.

This is a hotel that all Gold and Diamond members need to seriously avoid. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for over 10 years and this hotel is at the bottom of my list. I get notified the day before my arrival that I have been upgraded. So the first thought is that this is a good thing. When I go to check-in, it tells me I was upgraded from a walk-in shower to a shower and tub (just a normal tub). Seriously, this is what you call an upgrade? When I booked the room, the price was the same and I specifically chose a walk-in shower due to a recent foot surgery, but when I checked in, it forced me to take a room with a tub. But here is the real smack in the face to Diamond members, I was forced to choose a room on the first floor as if I wanted a room in the 2nd or 3rd floor, it was an $8 upgrade. You want to charge a Hilton Diamond member $8 to get a room above the first floor. Incredibly disrespectful to loyal members. And the hotel had very few customers so plenty of rooms were available. This hotel's management does not understand the importance of loyal customers. To top it off, I stopped by the front desk to get a physical key. No welcome or thank you for being a diamond member. And when I asked for water, I was told they were in the room, which they were not. Very poor service. I will certainly never stay with them again and hopefully other Diamond and Gold members read this before they make a choice.
