The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are clean and quiet. If you’re traveling with a working animal, be aware they are not allowed in the dining area. I was surprised I had to get my meal to go but was told it was due to a previous incident where a “working” dog had jumped up on a table and took a child’s food.

They have a great conference center. The reception and wait staff are very pleasant. My room was very clean, and acceptable. It was pretty quiet, and one of the best nights of rest I have ever gotten besides my bed at home. The closet set up was very helpful with enough room to store my suitcase and shelving to organize and layout my clothes for the 3 days. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

This is a great place to stay. Its in a nice quiet area on the north side of OKC. The conference center is huge with several smaller rooms around the area. The bar area is really good and has a variety of food with breakfast in the mornings.

Pros. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice fluffy pillows and clean well stocked bathroom.

Cons. The rooms a/c unit was very loud and sounded like a small engine with a bad valve. Breakfast was mediocre at bast. No waffles and runny eggs. I know this brand of hotel can do much better. I let the front desk attendant know about the small engine in the room and all she said was I’ll let maintenance know.

The hotel experience was HORRIBLE.|Because of tiny BITTING BUGS ,BEDDING SHEETS (we’re not washed). I literally had to put on a long sleeve top and leggings, and laid towels on the bed to prevent the bites. Absolutely NO SLEEP. My God it was a horrible stay. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN

Stayed here while on a road-trip cross country and this place was the perfect hotel stop. The room was incredible, clean and up to date and there was good food and activities not far I was able to explore before getting on the road the next morning.

I was a walk in looking for a room for 2 nights. There was a room available.. I asked how much and The clerk gave me a price plus a deposit. This is the first time that I have been asked for a deposit at a hotel. I asked what the deposit was for and he said incase I break something. The deposit was $35..
What in a hotel room cost 35 dollars to fix or replace? Does the hotel charge everyone a deposit?
I personally have been insulted just by the insinuation that I was going to break something much less still something. To top that off I am a 100%disabled vet and when I presented my tax exempt card to the clerk he did not know what to do with it. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on duty.
