My husband and I have stayed here twice and we love it. The hotel is in a convenient location- close to many restaurants and a short drive away from Dayton. Adequate parking and clean facilities.

We always book a room with a soaking tub and it’s always a nice, relaxing experience. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. It’s a wonderful little getaway for us.

They have a nice indoor pool as well.

Room was dirty. Also they skipped housekeeping for 3 days. Told management where the old bottle caps, trash, etc were, politely. He apologized for skipped service and ensured it would be good. Today, Bottle caps still on ground, they don't clean well. Didnt make bed. Was given wrong room after paying 257 per night for hot tub. . Also the whirlpool is gone but still advertised, even on hall signs. This is more like a motel 6 than a Hilton.

This is one of worst upkept hotels I've been at. The shower has mold in the grout, the shower head is disgusting, the toilet doesn't flush well, and if you leave the bathroom door open at all it swings all the way open. So if you've left the room and then come back in, the doors smash into each other (you can see the damage on the bathroom door).

I went to the gym to run on one of the three treadmills, but on the left one the belt slips every time you land so I got off that immediately before I injured myself, the second one has a dead motor, and the right one is damaged in the back so made a horrible noise, it isn't level (it says 0% but I measured it at 2.4%) and it kept stopping randomly during my run.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor is broken. The wifi in room 337 was so slow I ended up using my phone's hotspot. This seems to be a popular hotel with traveling teen sports groups, so if you do stay I suggest getting a room at the end of the hall to reduce the chance of noisy kids running past your door all night.

There is no free breakfast like some other chains.

The AC/heat was good, as was the bed. The room was clean. But I won't be coming back.

We booked a king suit with a soaker tub. The hotel seems like it has so much potential to be amazing but feels neglected. When we got here the elevator wasn't working properly, the hot tub is permanently out of service, the ice machines on all floors are out of service... the kicker is the soaker tub that we paid a significant amount extra for is completely unusable. The water pours out the back of the faucet when you turn it on. It looked as though they attempted to caulk it but that is obviously not what was needed. I do want to thank Cass at the front desk for being amazing and doing what she could to resolve our issue. I appreciate that none of those issues are her fault but shame on you upper management. Do better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location—lots of restaurants nearby and close to the U.S. Air Force Museum and other fun activities.||However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The noise between rooms was very noticeable—I could clearly hear guests next door—and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The free Wi-Fi was also so slow it was practically unusable, which was frustrating.||The most concerning part was housekeeping trying to enter my room 1.5 hours before checkout. Thankfully, I had the latch on, but when I went to the door, it flew open because they were pushing so hard. They just said “sorry” and walked away. I didn’t report it, but it definitely left me feeling unsettled.||Overall, a mixed experience in an otherwise convenient spot.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Beavercreek recently, and I couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience feel warm and personalized. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There were various small touches that made the stay feel even more comfortable and homey.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I had no trouble maintaining my workout routine during my stay. I also took advantage of the delicious breakfast served each morning, with a great variety of fresh options, including made-to-order items. The on-site restaurant and bar were perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Location-wise, the Hilton Garden Inn Beavercreek is in a prime spot—near shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's easy to access from the highway and provides a peaceful retreat while being close to everything you need.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The Hilton Garden Inn Beavercreek exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. A truly outstanding experience!

The sheets smell and look like they haven't been washed in a long time. The carpet is a mess. I will never stay here again, it's disgusting. DO NOT look at the bathroom, you can vomit hair from previous guests everywhere. The toilet doesn't flush. There was blood on the bathroom door. I don't understand why this "hotel" has 4 stars. They have so many hygiene issues.

The service and room were great.
The front desk manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had great conversations. The room was a normal room. The only negative if so would be the location of the room in front of the elevator.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Across from the mall a around several restaurants.
