Great location-easy on and off the highway. Close to many food options.
Bed was very comfortable and front desk service friendly and accessible.
Good towels and workout room. Pool looked nice but the hot tub has been tiled over. Really nice looking outdoor area unfortunately too chilly to use when we were there.
Only issue with our stay was the heater in our room struggled to keep the room warm. I had to use the emergency heat to keep it between 68-70.

First let me start by saying , I was greeted by a lovely staff who were very accommodating and friendly!
First impressions walking into the Hilton, out dated with dirty foyer furniture. Got to our room on the 4th floor, walked in , clean. Again, so outdated. TV for our king size room was small, old flat screen. Turned it on, could barely watch it, had lined running through the screen picture… so old about ready to give out. There was a thermostat that had been installed on the wall. Un finished wall, holes and unpainted. The batteries were low and the thermostat kept flashing… Bathroom fan didn’t work for shower, wall paper pealing off the wall. Traces of mildew on caulk in shower. Bed, old school and squeaky, terrible rest!
Breakfast was confusing, but the ladies who served it did well, our omelets were delicious! Good job to the cooks. Toaster was ancient and bread had to be run through twice for it to kinda be toast.

We first began coming here because of their amazing location. This was our second trip to Conway at the same Hilton. Unfortunately, on this trip our experiences have been overwhelmingly negative. We were hoping for better quality, as one would expect from a Hilton Brand. Everything seems poorly managed. By sharing our experiences honestly, our hope is that Hilton will identify areas where they are falling short and make meaningful changes. |Here’s our list of negatives.||KING SUITE|ENTRY DOOR: |slammed shut before we could enter or exit. We called management. Maintenance arrived quickly only to inform that it’s purposely set to shut without effort for proper closure. Luckily we were aware of the issue and kept a safe distance to keep us out of harm.||FURNITURE/FLOORING|CARPET|Water appears near A/C return and in front of dresser (photo attached) Called management. Maintenance came with a wet/dry vacuum and checked our unit. Maintenance indicated the water was not originating from our room. After several hours, water came back. Did not ask for further assistance, nor were we contacted for follow-up.|FURNITURE|Desk chair-broken arms. |Sofa-fairly new appearance and cheaply made. |Arm Chair-OLD No cushion support left, basically sitting on floor. Not matching sofa smelly and dirty. |BATHROOM:|Shower curtain liner was completely off the curtain, only held by 3 snaps.|BED:|Wow, this is the most dissatisfying. Sheets poorly fitted, no elastic to cover mattress pad. Holes in top sheet. Not sure what is considered bed spread, but it didn’t fit either. We asked for assistance from cleaning staff, and was told “no speak English” we did not ask for further assistance.||AMENITIES:|USB PORTS: Zero! Please update for today’s technology.|WEATHER TV STATION: Zero! Traveler’s would assume to have a 24 hour weather channel availability on television. ||RESTAURANT:|Another monumental dissatisfaction. We made our dinner selection in person with the server about 20 minutes after they opened. We asked for a take out order of burger, fries and chicken strips, and proceeded back to the room. No one else was in the restaurant at the time. 20 minutes later our phone rang from the server, which I answered “is our food ready”? She replied “we are out of hamburger so if you want us to go to the store and get some we will.” shocked by this, we immediately made the decision not to have a burger and have chicken strips that they had on hand. Not our first choice, but too tired and hungry from traveling to change restaurants. ||We plan more trips to the area in the near future, but our hotel choice will be somewhere else.

The room was clean and did not "smell" at all, as some reviewers have stated.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

HOWEVER, the toilet was very slow in flushing and would have ran over the rim had I not thought to turn off the water. I called the desk. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. When no one answered my "who's there" request, I reluctantly eased the door open to find a plunger in a plastic bag sitting outside the door. I picked the bag up to find a wet plunger (clean? unclean? I could not tell). I held the plunger handle and tried to sling it away from the bag (it was stuck to the thin plastc bag) and the bag came loose.

I HAD TO PLUNGE THE TOILET.

When I plunged, I washed my hands, then tried to flush again. The problem became obvious when the handle felt loose and the tank didn't react to my attempts. The chain had broken away from the arm inside the tank. I HAD TO PUT MY HAND DOWN INTO THE TANK TO RETRIEVE THE CHAIN AND REHOOK IT TO THE ARM MECHANISM.

I may be wrong, but to just leave a "questionable" plunger outside the door and walk away is unacceptable. I would have allowed entry to staff to inspect the toilet to find out what the problem was. No one offered to check out the reason. If they had, they would have discovered the loose chain, which eventually came completely detached.

I'm disappointed in the failure to follow through with my complaint. I'm disgusted that I had to fix it.

I will check out tomorrow and not return.

The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner was nice and cold. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The morning breakfast was part of our deal with Special Olympic. We could get the buffet or order from the menu. The food was delicious and the waitress were so nice and helpful.

The lobby was decorated so cute for Fall.

I will definitely stay here again.

A very nice clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The bar was fine, but be aware of the charges during "happy hour." We weren't aware and feel we were overcharged for just a daquiri and a Modelo. But it has a good location around restaurants and we enjoyed our stay.

I believe housekeeping and their staff work hard but it needs a little more attention than that. The gym is tiny and has a gym musk to it. The equipment needs a refresh. Lots of broken and repairable items in my room. Unfortunately, I would recommend staying at another Hilton property.

Had an emergency situation and found myself needing to get a room in Conway for the night. I knew I'd chosen the right place to stay when I walked in and was greeted with the most welcoming staff in a cheerful "Charlie Brown Christmas" themed lobby. I wish I could remember the name of the young man at the desk (Dec11 about 6pm) as he was especially patient and kind. I was able to get an accessible room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh to order. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, none of this surprises me.
