We had a weekend trip visiting Xavier University. The staff at the reception desk and the cleaning crew are very nice and friendly. The property is very clean and close to the university. There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes of driving. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding hotel. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Covered parking directly under the hotel. Very nice breakfast. I’ve stayed at literally hundreds of properties, mostly Hilton, and this is in the top 5.

Jaz, at the front desk, was seriously amazing. So sweet. Made us feel welcome, told us all the info we needed, helped us when we had a problem, brought our room service because the restaurant was busy, and even told me that my family was in her thoughts because i told her my mom was in the hospital. I hugged her because it was so nice for a stranger to be so kind. She was amazing and is the reason we will be staying there again!

Nice well kept property, great weekend evening team at front desk and restaurant. Unfortunately problems aren't insignificant: the two versions of menu were both wrong; morning crew was pretty much not great--rando closing breakfast for instance.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. The food (breakfast and dinner) was also impressive.
For what we were doing at the hotel, the location wasn't the best but that is not the hotels fault. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in that regard.

On 10/1/24 I(room 509) came into the hotel at 10pm, after a 12hr day, I was really exhausted and the receptionist Dali was absolutely incredible. She instantly recognized that I had tiered and trying to decide if I should get some food. She went through all of the offerings (but im on a strict diet so couldn’t engulfed). She gave me two bottles of water and a smile.
She had no idea what my Hilton member status was (it’s silver) but she made me feel like I was a platinum member. Tots clear that she makes every guest feel like a highly valued guest. I’m born and raised in Orlando and work with all the largest hospitality groups and I can tell you definitively that she meets and exceeds the very highest standard of hospitality. I just can’t say how much she made my day with a relatively brief interaction.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely kind. Our room was very clean when we arrived. The breakfast and coffee was also good. We had zero complaints!

Rooms are bare as jail cells (don't ask).
TV is colossally bad, no way tonfind a channel. Front desk ladies are wonderful.
