Everything was very good and very clean. The front desk associates I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I didn't need much, but they took care of my requests very quickly. ||The breakfast was also very good. It was simple but the bacon, eggs, and pastries were very good and very fresh. Overall I was very impressed. I stay at alot of different Hilton properties and this was one of the best.

First time in Alabama, and I’ll always remember Cynthia’s cooking at the hotel. Her food is definitely not “hotel” food, it was amazing.

We actually caught a flat tire. Cynthia, came from the kitchen drove her car around front to lend me her air compressor. Just top notch.

I had a great time at this location. The best part of my UAB graduation ceremony weekend was, THE FOOD! Mr. James, the dinner Chef, and Ms.Cyn the breakfast Chef were absolutely amazing! My room was clean and comfortable. The only thing in the room that didn't work was the vent fan in the bathroom of Rm:320. The location was central to the mall areas and restaurants. My service dog enjoyed walking the property, because there is a desicated spot for dogs to take care of their business! Great establishment!

I have come to this hotel twice now for business and I cannot rave enough about how pleasant my stay has been each time. Chris, in the bar area is the most precious human being. He delivers top notch service with a smile. I adore his kindness. The rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are divine. I would also like to compliment the kitchen. I am usually too tired to go eat somewhere after a long day of work, so I typically eat from the hotel kitchen. The food is truly phenomenal. I enjoy excellent meals both times I came to this hotel. I will be booking this hotel from now on when I come on my business trips.

The lady who did breakfast service for us needed a huge attitude adjustment. It was our first morning there, and we didn't know how their breakfast worked. She was completely rude. Now, everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Now we were there 4 days, three nights, and not once was our room cleaned. I had to go ask for fresh towels because no one day on day two to clean. We booked a 2 queen size bedroom and got two full-size beds, a big difference when its two grown adults are sleeping in one. Other than that, the place was beautiful and in a nice location. Would consider staying there again.

I was greeted kindly when I walked in the front door. My room was large and very clean and absent of that usual hotel smell which made me happy. The bed is on the firm side, If you like that. The only knock I could give it is the decor might be a little dated. I count 10 electric plugs and eight USB plugs.

This hotel is conveniently located off the highway. However, after talking to the rude girl working the night of Feb 18th, we walked out and left. Unacceptable customer service.

In the parking lot there were guys sitting there smoking weed, being loud. We did not feel safe leaving our truck locked in the parking lot.

You are better off driving a little out of the way to the Drury Hotel!

Nice and clean. Not too busy while I was there. It does have a small restaurant, bar amd snack shop. Walking g distance from a few restaurants and not too far from downtown Trussville which has a cool spot for walking and all types of restaurants.
